Die WG verfügt außerdem über eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Ofen und Thermomix, ein Badezimmer sowie eine Waschmaschine. Die WG hat eine super Lage in der Innenstadt, nur etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß von der Universität entfernt. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ebenfalls in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass eine optimale Anbindung gegeben ist. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 535 € monatlich (+ 44€ für Nebenkosten). Ideal für Austauschstudierende, die nur eine begrenzte Zeit in Mannheim wohnen sowie Erstsemesterstudenten, die bis zum Semesterstart noch keine Wohnung gefunden haben und übergangsweise etwas suchen. The room, which is approximately 25 m², is fully furnished and offers everything you need to feel at home. It includes a bed, a desk, two shelves, and a closet with plenty of storage space. The shared apartment also features a well-equipped kitchen with an oven and Thermomix (like a kitchen aid), a bathroom and a washing machine. The apartment is located in the city center, just about a 7-minute walk from the university. A tram stop is also just a 2-minute walk away, ensuring excellent public transportation access. The base rent is €535 per month (+ €45 for utilities). Ideal for exchange students who will only be living in Mannheim for a limited time, as well as first-semester students who haven’t found an apartment yet and are looking for temporary housing until the semester starts.
