Description german: | Room Very bright room (orientation East, sun during the whole morning) 25m2 (approximately) New windows, double glazing New blinds Wooden floor to have a warm atmosphere Soon to be: door to go on the 1st floor roof No furnitures but possibility to negociate some I have now, or some decoration. I love sitting in the couch in the morning to read in the sunlight. Location Appartment in the middle of the city center. Everything is close to the appartment : - supermarket 100m away - tramway stop 100m away - bikes (VRNNextBike) 30m away - restaurants 30m away and everywhere around - gym 150m away - Neckarwiese 900m away Eveything is close, I go to the university by bike in less than 5 minutes or by foot in less than 12 minutes. Flatshare Type For now, my flatmate is a man (we don’t speak german), but he will soon leave and a woman (german) will replace him. We like to talk together, we always propose each other to do diverse activities. We help each other when necessary. Miscellaneous You can contact me anytime to have more information, on the appartment or on the life in Mannheim if you are new to the city. I can make you visit, online or in presence ! There are not many photos for now because construction workers are still doing some work in my room, but we can facetime anytime in the meantime. I also put a drawn plan of the appartment :) |
