Auch die Universität Mannheim befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und ist schnell erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage sind die Fenster zum ruhigen Hinterhof ausgerichtet, sodass kaum Straßenlärm zu hören ist. Dadurch kombiniert die Wohnung die Vorteile einer zentralen Lage mit einer angenehm ruhigen Wohnumgebung. Sonstiges (DE) Ich vermiete die Wohnung aufgrund eines Praktikums in Frankfurt unter. Alle meine Möbel sowie alltägliche Gebrauchsgegenstände bleiben in der Wohnung und können von dir genutzt werden – du hast also alles, was du brauchst.
