Description english: | I’m subletting my room in a shared apartment at THE FIZZ Ludwigshafen-Mannheim (Halbergstraße, 67061 Ludwigshafen am Rhein). You’ll share the flat with one friendly flatmate, including the kitchen and the shower room. The room: Your own fully furnished room with a bed and a wardrobe. You can move in right away: bedding, pillows and a duvet are already there, along with pots, pans, dishes and everything else you need for daily life. You don’t need to bring or buy anything. In the building: - Utilities and internet are covered by the building’s all-in price - Roof terrace with a shared kitchen and BBQ area - Study rooms, two shared kitchens, a movie and gaming area, and - a reception lounge - Laundry and dryers in the basement, available around the clock (paid) - Lockable bike cellar and underground car park - On-site house management, parcel acceptance and free loan items (e.g. vacuum cleaner, iron) - Regular community events - CCTV in public areas and security staff at night and on weekends Location: Bus stops and Ludwigshafen Central Station are 100–200 m away, and the University of Mannheim is about 1 km away.
