Description german:	Hallo zusammen, da ich von September 2026 bis Dezember 2026 für mein Auslandssemester in Spanien bin, vermiete ich mein voll möbliertes Zimmer in einer schönen und ruhigen 2er-WG in Mannheim-Neckarstadt-Ost zur Zwischenmiete. Zeitraum: 04.09.2026 bis 20.12.2026 Bei Bedarf wäre ein Einzug auch bereits ab dem 31.08.2026 möglich. Lage: Die Wohnung liegt in Neckarstadt-Ost, einem sehr schönen und lebendigen Stadtteil Mannheims. Die Gegend verbindet eine angenehme Wohnlage mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und allem, was man im Alltag braucht. Auch der Neckar und verschiedene Grünflächen sind schnell erreichbar und eignen sich gut zum Spazieren, Joggen oder Entspannen. Auch für Studierende ist die Lage sehr praktisch: Die Universität Mannheim ist mit einer direkten Straßenbahnverbindung in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar, ohne dass man umsteigen muss. Auch die Innenstadt ist schnell zu erreichen. Gleichzeitig liegt die Wohnung selbst sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung und das Zimmer: Es handelt sich um eine 2er-WG. Du würdest mit einer anderen Studentin zusammenwohnen, die ebenfalls an der Universität Mannheim studiert. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und ruhige Person, weshalb die WG eine angenehme und entspannte Wohnatmosphäre bietet. Mein Zimmer wird vollständig möbliert vermietet und verfügt unter anderem über: - Bett und Nachttisch - Schreibtisch - Sessel und Sofa - Kleiderschrank mit viel Stauraum Außerdem gibt es eine Küche und ein Badezimmer zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Miete: 565 € pro Monat, all inclusive In der Miete sind die Warmmiete inklusive Nebenkosten sowie Strom, Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag bereits vollständig enthalten. Es kommen somit keine zusätzlichen monatlichen Kosten hinzu. Das Zimmer eignet sich besonders gut für Studierende oder Austauschstudierende, die für das Herbstsemester eine möblierte, unkomplizierte und ruhige Unterkunft in guter Lage suchen.
