Description german: | Zimmer Hallo, wir suchen für unsere gemischte 4er WG ein:e neue:n Mitbewohner:in. Das Zimmer ist ab 15.08.2026 bis zum 31.01.2027 frei. Unsere WG ist im 4. Stock eines Altbaus gelegen. Es ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung, die über ein großes Bad mit separatem WC und eine große, vollausgestattete Küche verfügt. Das Zimmer ist 25 Quadratmeter groß und hat wie ein Großteil der restlichen Wohnung Dielenboden. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerabteil, wo du Gegenstände sicher verstauen kannst. Dein Fahrrad kannst du sicher im Hinterhof abschließen. Lage Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Neckarstadt West. Die Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind nur 3 Minuten entfernt und man erreicht ohne Umsteigen innerhalb von 10 Minuten die Universität Mannheim. Auch mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 10 Minuten. Das Universitätsklinikum ist ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Netto, Penny und Rewe sind ganz in der Nähe. Die Innenstadt ist auch schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Neckarstadt gibt es viele schöne Kneipen und kleine Cafés und auch der Jungbusch mit vielen Bars und Clubs ist in der Nähe. Der Neckar ist von unserer Wohnung nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt und eignet sich sehr gut zum Joggen und bei schönem Wetter kann man hier gut grillen :) WG-Leben Wir sind eine Studenten WG, bestehend aus 4 Leuten. Deine neuen Mitbewohner:innen sind Sophia, Jarno, Johanna und Lena. Da Johanna ihr Auslandssemester auf Sizilien verbringt, wird ab Oktober Lena bis Ende des Jahres einziehen. Wir unternehmen gerne etwas zusammen, wie gemeinsames Kochen, Feiern gehen oder Spieleabende. Johanna ist großer Roy Fan, hat eine Leidenschaft für alles Italienische und backt auch gerne leckeren Kuchen für die WG. Sophia macht ihren Master an der Popakademie, liebt Konzerte und ist eine kreative Maus. Lena studiert ebenfalls im Master an der Popakademie, ist ein vegan Foodie durch und durch. Ob neue Spots ausprobieren oder Rezepte testen, Lena ist am Start. Jarno geht gerne ins Gym und ist großer Fußball-Fan. Altuell versucht er sich als Barista. Schreib uns doch, wie du deinen Kaffee am liebesten trinkst :) Obwohl wir gerne Zeit zusammen verbringen, hat jeder seine Freiheiten und in der Prüfungsphase ist es auch ruhiger. Wir sind dabei ausdrücklich keine Zweck-WG und achten darauf, dass das Umfeld harmonisch ist und sich jeder in der Wohnung wohl fühlt. Wenn du offen für witzige Gespräche in unserer gemütlichen Küche bist, dann wirst du hier eine gute Zeit haben :) Sonstiges Da Laura nach Hamburg ziehen wird, würde sie ein paar ihrer Möbel sehr gerne an den/die Nachmieter:in verkaufen. Es handelt sich konkret um den Kleiderschrank, das Regal und die Deckenlampe. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer unmöbliert. Du kannst uns gerne hier kontaktieren. Description english: | Room Hello, we’re looking for a new flatmate to join our mixed-gender flat share of four. The room is available from 15 August 2026 until 31 January 2027. Our flat is on the 4th floor of an older building. It’s a lovely old flat with a large bathroom, a separate toilet and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The room measures 25 square metres and, like most of the rest of the flat, has wooden floorboards. The flat also comes with a storage cupboard in the basement where you can safely store your belongings. You can lock your bike away safely in the rear courtyard. Location The flat is very centrally located in the Neckarstadt West district. The tram stops are just 3 minutes away, and you can reach the University of Mannheim within 10 minutes without having to change trams. It’s also just a 10-minute cycle ride. The University Hospital is also easily accessible. There are plenty of shopping options: Netto, Penny and Rewe are all nearby. The city centre is also within easy walking distance. Neckarstadt has plenty of lovely pubs and small cafés, and Jungbusch – with its many bars and clubs – is also nearby. The River Neckar is just a 5-minute walk from our flat and is ideal for a jog; when the weather’s nice, it’s a great spot for a barbecue :) Shared flat life We’re a student flat share made up of four people. Your new flatmates are Sophia, Jarno, Johanna and Lena. As Johanna is spending her semester abroad in Sicily, Lena will be moving in from October until the end of the year. We enjoy doing things together, such as cooking, going out to parties or having games nights. Johanna is a huge Roy fan, has a passion for all things Italian and also loves baking delicious cakes for the flat share. Sophia is doing her Master’s at the Popakademie, loves concerts and is a creative soul. Lena is also studying for her Master’s at the Popakademie and is a vegan foodie through and through. Whether it’s trying out new places or testing recipes, Lena’s always up for it. Jarno likes going to the gym and is a huge football fan. At the moment, he’s trying his hand at being a barista. Why not drop us a line and tell us how you like your coffee best :) Although we enjoy spending time together, everyone has their own space, and things are a bit quieter during exam periods. We’re definitely not just a flat-share of convenience and make sure the atmosphere is harmonious and that everyone feels at home here.
