Description german: | Hallo! lch werde von September 2026 bis Januar 2027 ein Auslandssemester absolvieren und bin daher auf der Suche nach einem Untermieter*in für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in der Mannheimer Innenstadt nachdem mir ein potenzieller Untermieter kurzfristig abgesagt hat. Die Dachgeschosswohnung befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage in unmittelbare Nahe zu Fußgängerzone und Uni. Trotz dieser zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen, da sie zu einem Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Die Wohnung ist möbiliert, mit Bett, Schreibtisch, einer gut ausgestatteten Küchenzeile, Badezimmer und sonstigem. Bei der Grundmiete handelt es sich um eine Warmmiete inkl. Nebenkosten von 480€. Zusätzlich zu entrichten sind Strom, Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag. Stromkosten sind eine Pauschale von 40€ im Monat mit Rückzahlung des nicht verbrauchten Betrags. Internet sind 20€ pro Monat. I will be doing a semester abroad from September 2026 to January 2027 and am therefore looking for a subtenant for my one-room apartment in Mannheim city center after a potential subtenant canceled at short notice. The attic apartment is in a very central location, very close to the pedestrian zone and the university. Despite this central location, the apartment is quiet as it faces an inner courtyard. The apartment is furnished with a bed, desk, a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, and other items. The basic rent price includes utilities and is 480€. Electricity, internet, and the broadcasting fee are additional costs. Electricity is a flat rate of €40 per month with a refund for any unused electricity. Internet is €20 per month.
