Description german: | Ich such nach einer Zwischenmiete (Geschlecht egal), die mein Zimmer idealerweise von Mitte August bis Ende Januar 2027 übernimmt, während ich im Auslandsemester bin. Die beiden Mitbewohner für die Zeit stehen auch schon fest, und zwar zwei Austauschstudenten aus der Türkei und Belgien (beide können englisch). Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Vollausgestattete Küche und Badezimmer inklusive Spül - und Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer ist das zweitgrößte in der Wohnung mit 17 m2. Im Zimmer steht ein großes Bett, höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch mit PC und Monitor, ein Fernseher und Ps4, ein Kleiderständer und ein Sitzsack. Dazu kommt noch ein Nachtisch und Rollregal um Sachen zu verstauen. Das Zimmer lässt sich mit einem Schlüssel auch abschließen. Die Straßenbahnstationen sind in direkter Reichweite (5min). Ebenfalls gibt es in der Umgebung alle Läden die man zum Leben bräuchte (Supermarkt, Café, Bürgerservice, Restaurants, Polizei, Kiosk). Description english: | I am looking for a subtenant (any gender) to ideally take over my room from mid-August until the end of January 2027 while I am on my semester abroad. The two roommates during that time are already confirmed: two exchange students from Turkey and Belgium (both speak English). The apartment offers everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. The room is the second largest in the apartment, with 17 m² of space. It comes furnished with a large bed, a height-adjustable desk with a PC and monitor, a TV and PS4, a clothing rack, and a beanbag chair. There is also a bedside table and a rolling shelf for additional storage. The room can also be locked with a key. The tram stops are within easy walking distance (5 minutes away). In addition, all essential amenities are nearby, including a supermarket, café, citizen service center, restaurants, police station, and kiosk.
