Description german: | Zimmer Das Zimmer ist ca. 30 m2 groß und wird für den Zeitraum voll möbliert vermietet. Es ist durch die großen Fenster schön hell und liegt zum Innenhof, wodurch es trotz der zentralen Lage ziemlich ruhig ist. Im Zimmer bleiben Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Kleiderständer, Sessel und Klavier, das natürlich auch gerne benutzt werden kann :) Meine persönlichen Sachen und Klamotten würde ich vorher größtenteils rausräumen, sodass genug Platz für deine Sachen ist. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 120 m2 groß und liegt im 3. Stock eines Altbaus. Neben unseren drei Zimmern haben wir eine große Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, eine zusätzliche Toilette und eine Terrasse zum Innenhof. Lage Die WG liegt in T6 und damit super zentral in den Quadraten. Zur Uni sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten und die Haltestelle Nationaltheater ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. REWE und Penny sind beide in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch Wasserturm, Paradeplatz und die restliche Innenstadt sind direkt in der Nähe. Trotzdem ist es bei uns ziemlich ruhig und man ist auch schnell am Neckar, Rhein oder im Luisenpark, was vor allem zum Joggen oder Spazieren echt schön ist :) WG-Leben Du würdest mit Ludo (25) und Johannes (24) zusammenwohnen. Beide studieren ihren Master an der Uni Mannheim. Ludo kommt aus Mannheim, studiert im MMM und spielt viel Hockey. Johannes kommt aus München, studiert Data Science und geht in seiner Freizeit gerne joggen. Unser WG-Leben ist ziemlich entspannt und eher in Richtung Zweck-WG, aber nicht so, dass man komplett aneinander vorbeilebt. Ab und zu sitzen wir zusammen in der Küche oder auf der Terrasse und beide sind auch offen dafür, mal zusammen etwas zu machen. Wir suchen eine/n Student/in, der/die nett, unkompliziert und ordentlich ist. Internationals sind natürlich auch herzlich willkommen! Sonstiges Ich bin für ein Auslandssemester in Italien und vermiete mein Zimmer deshalb ungefähr vom 06.09. bis 01.03. Bei den genauen Daten bin ich aber ein bisschen flexibel. Falls du nach dem Semester gerne länger in Mannheim bleiben möchtest, besteht eventuell auch die Möglichkeit, danach in der WG zu bleiben, da einer meiner Mitbewohner (Ludo) im Februar 2027auszieht. Wir haben außerdem eine Putzfrau, die einmal im Monat für 2-3 Stunden kommt und die Gemeinschaftsräume putzt. Description english: | Room The room is around 30 m² and will be rented fully furnished for the duration of the sublet. The large windows make it nice and bright, and since it faces the courtyard, it’s pretty quiet despite the central location. The bed, desk, chest of drawers, clothes rack, armchair and piano will all stay in the room – and of course you’re more than welcome to use the piano as well :) I’ll clear out most of my personal belongings and clothes beforehand, so there will be plenty of space for your things. The apartment is around 120 m² in total and is located on the 3rd floor of an old building. In addition to our three bedrooms, we have a large kitchen with a dishwasher, a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and a terrace facing the courtyard. Location The WG is located in T6, so it’s very central and right in the Quadrate. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the university, and the Nationaltheater tram stop is only 2 minutes away. REWE and Penny are both less than a 5-minute walk away, and Wasserturm, Paradeplatz and the rest of the city centre are also very close. At the same time, it’s still pretty quiet here, and you can quickly get to the Neckar, Rhine or Luisenpark, which is especially nice for running or going for a walk :) WG Life You would be living with Ludo (25) and Johannes (24). They’re both doing their Master’s at the University of Mannheim. Ludo is from Mannheim, studies MMM and plays a lot of hockey. Johannes is from Munich, studies Data Science and enjoys running in his free time. Life in the WG is pretty relaxed and more on the independent side, but not to the point where everyone just lives completely separately. Every now and then we sit together in the kitchen or on the terrace, and they’re both always open to doing something together. We’re looking for a student who is friendly, easy-going and tidy. Internationals are of course very welcome as well! Other I’ll be spending a semester abroad in Italy, so I’m subletting my room from around 06/09 to 01/03. I’m a little flexible with the exact dates though. If you’d like to stay in Mannheim for longer after the semester, there may also be the option to stay in the WG, as one of my flatmates (Ludo) will be moving out in February 2027. We also have a cleaner who comes once a month for 2–3 hours and cleans the shared areas.
