Zum Zimmer: Das Zimmer hat ungefähr 15qm, ein großes Fenster, ein Bett mit den Maßen 180cm x 200cm, einen Schreibtisch sowie mehrere Regale und Kleiderstangen für Stauraum. Das Zimmer wird mit einer Schiebetür vom Wohnzimmer getrennt, was den Vorteil hat, dass man mit einer offenen Tür ein sehr großes und helles Zimmer hat. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten lassen sich 3 Supermärkte zu Fuß erreichen, das Ausgehviertel Jungbusch ist 10 Minuten entfernt, eine Tramhaltestelle sowie eine NextBike-Station liegen vor der Tür. Die Mitbewohnerin ist eine sehr liebe und reinliche Person. Gesucht ist eine ruhige und ordentliche Person, das Ein- und Auszugsdatum kann man noch diskutieren. |

If you have a bicycle, you can easily and conveniently store it in the building's bike cellar. About the room: The room is approximately 15 sqm and features a large window. It comes furnished with a 180cm x 200cm bed, a desk, as well as several shelves and clothes rails for storage. The room is separated from the living room by a sliding door, which gives you the great advantage of creating a very large and bright open space whenever you leave the door open. The location and surroundings: Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach three different supermarkets.
