Description german: | Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. OG des Wohnheims und ist durch ein Treppenhaus und 2 Verbindungsflure erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist 16m^2 groß, ist voll möbliert und beinhaltet u.a. eine Küche. Töpfe, Pfannen Teller usw. sind bereits in der Unterkunft und werden für den Zeitraum verfügbar sein. (s. Bilder) Ein Waschraum befindet sich ebenfalls im Wohnheim. Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Man erreicht Bus und Bahnstationen in 2 min zu Fuß, man hat 3 Supermärkte, eine Pizzeria und weitere Restaurants und Imbisse in unmittelbarer Nähe. Darüber hinaus gibt es direkt am Wohnheim Nextbike-Stationen, Fahrradstellplätze und ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Wohnheim liegt direkt an einer ruhigen Neubau-Siedlung. Du teilst dir einen Gang im Flur mit 4 anderen Zimmern. Jeder lebt eher Privat und für sich (auch ist es eher sehr ruhig). Auf dem Flur befinden sich 2 separate Toilettenräume und ein Duschraum. In jedem Zimmer lebt jeweils nur eine Person, man hat also sehr viel Privatsphäre. |
Description english: | The room is located on the 2nd floor of the dormitory and is accessible via a stairwell and two connecting hallways. The room is 16 m² in size, is fully furnished, and includes a kitchen, among other amenities. Pots, pans, plates, etc., are already in the room and will be available for the duration of your stay. There is also a laundry room in the dormitory. The location is truly excellent. Bus and train stations are a 2-minute walk away, and there are 3 supermarkets, a pizzeria, and other restaurants and snack bars in the immediate vicinity. In addition, there are Nextbike stations, bike racks, and ample parking right next to the dormitory. The dormitory is located directly in a quiet new residential development. You share a hallway with four other rooms. Everyone tends to keep to themselves (and it’s generally very quiet). There are two separate restrooms and a shower room in the hallway. Each room is occupied by only one person, so you have plenty of privacy. |
