Description german:	Da ich für mein Auslandssemester weg bin, vermiete ich mein Zimmer für diese Zeit an eine Studentin. Das Zimmer ist 12 m2 groß und liegt zum Innenhof. Dadurch ist es trotz der sehr zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig und man bekommt vom Straßenlärm eigentlich nichts mit. Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert vermietet. Es gibt ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch, einen Nachttisch, einen Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode und einen Regal-Schrank mit viel Stauraum. Auch wenn das Zimmer nicht riesig ist, hat man durch die Einrichtung genug Platz für alles und es fühlt sich überhaupt nicht eng an. Die Vorhänge bleiben ebenfalls hängen, sodass du direkt einziehen kannst. Ich lasse außerdem mein Bügeleisen und das Bügelbrett im Zimmer, falls du sie nutzen möchtest. Ein paar Deko-Sachen können ebenfalls gerne bleiben, damit das Zimmer direkt gemütlich wirkt. Wenn du dir vorab noch einen besseren Eindruck verschaffen möchtest, schicke ich dir auf Nachfrage auch gerne ein Video vom Zimmer. Die WG liegt mitten in den Quadraten, direkt am Paradeplatz. Ein Rewe ist direkt gegenüber und auch eine Apotheke befindet sich direkt im Haus, Einkäufe oder Besorgungen lassen sich also ganz unkompliziert erledigen. Zur Uni läuft man in weniger als fünf Minuten, je nach Fakultät sogar noch schneller. Auch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Paradeplatz ist nur etwa eine Minute entfernt, sodass man überall in Mannheim schnell hinkommt. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit der Straßenbahn gerade einmal rund fünf Minuten, zu Fuß 15 Minuten. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Zimmer selbst angenehm ruhig, da es zum Innenhof liegt. Vom Trubel auf der Straße bekommt man deshalb kaum etwas mit. Gleichzeitig ist man innerhalb einer Minute auf den Planken und hat Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte direkt vor der Tür. Die Lage ist wirklich ideal für Studierende, zentraler und näher an der Uni kann man in Mannheim eigentlich kaum wohnen. Die WG liegt im ersten Stock des Hauses, man muss also nicht immer unnötig viele Treppen steigen. Zudem gibt es einen Aufzug im Haus. In der WG wohnen vier weitere Studentinnen der Uni Mannheim, drei davon studieren Jura und eine BWL. Es handelt sich also um eine reine Mädchen-WG, was für viele ein schönes und entspanntes Wohngefühl schafft. Auch im restlichen Haus wohnen nur Frauen, sodass man sich immer sicher und wohl fühlen kann. Die WG selbst hat einen großen Eingangsbereich, von dem aus die einzelnen Zimmer abgehen. Außerdem gibt es zwei Bäder, eine gemeinsame Küche und einen Balkon, auf dem man im Sommer schön sitzen kann. Die Küche bietet genug Platz, um zu kochen oder sich nach einem langen Uni-Tag auszutauschen. Die Wäsche kann ganz unkompliziert im Keller des Hauses gewaschen werden. Die zusätzlichen Kosten beziehen sich auf den monatlichen WLAN-Anteil in Höhe von 10 Euro. Description english:	Since I’ll be away for my semester abroad, I’m renting out my room to a female student for that period. The room is 12 m² and faces the inner courtyard; thanks to this, it is pleasantly quiet despite the very central location, and you hardly notice any street noise. The room comes fully furnished. It includes a bed, desk, nightstand, wardrobe, dresser, and a shelving unit with plenty of storage space. Although the room isn't huge, the layout provides enough space for everything, so it doesn't feel cramped at all. The curtains are staying put, too, so you can move right in. I’m also leaving my iron and ironing board in the room in case you’d like to use them. You’re welcome to keep a few decorative items as well, helping the room feel cozy from the start. If you’d like to get a better idea of the space beforehand, I’m happy to send you a video of the room upon request. The shared apartment is located right in the city center (the "Quadrate"), directly at Paradeplatz. There is a Rewe supermarket right across the street and a pharmacy in the building itself, making shopping and errands very convenient. It takes less than five minutes to walk to the university—or even less, depending on your faculty. The Paradeplatz tram stop is just a minute away, giving you quick access to anywhere in Mannheim. It takes only about five minutes to reach the main train station by tram, or 15 minutes on foot. Despite the central location, the room itself is pleasantly quiet because it faces the inner courtyard, so you’re barely aware of the street bustle. At the same time, you can reach "Die Planken" (the main shopping street) in a minute, with cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops right on your doorstep. The location is truly ideal for students; it’s hard to find a place in Mannheim that is more central or closer to the university. The apartment is on the first floor, so you don't have to climb an excessive number of stairs; there is also an elevator in the building. Four other female students from the University of Mannheim live in the shared apartment; three are studying law and one is studying business administration. It is an all-female household, which creates a pleasant and relaxed living environment for many. Only women live in the rest of the building as well, so you can always feel safe and comfortable. The apartment itself features a spacious entrance area leading to the individual rooms. There are also two bathrooms, a shared kitchen, and a balcony that is perfect for sitting outside in the summer. The kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking or chatting after a long day at university. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the building's basement. The only additional cost is a monthly contribution of 10 euros for Wi-Fi.
