Description german: | Es handelt sich um ein gemütliches Zimmer in einer 2-er WG im Studentenwohnheim "Speyerer Straße". Das Zimmer befindet sich unter dem Dach, im vierten Stock. Da es aber zum Norden gerichtet ist, ist es auch an warmen Tagen vergleichsweise kühl für eine Dachwohnung. In der Wohnung befinden sich eine vollausgestattete Küche, großes Badezimmer und eine Abstellkammer. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller, in dem man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann. Es gibt zwar keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, aber dafür gibt es gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschinen im Studentenwohnheim, die man jederzeit nutzen kann. Das Wohnheim ist sehr gut an den ÖPNV angeschlossen, Bus und Tram sind nur etwa 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem gibt es eine Fahrradstation etwa 2 Minuten entfernt. Das Wohnheim liegt im Stadtteil Lindenhof, bei dem es sich um ein gemütliches Familienviertel handelt. Es gibt einige Supermärkte (unter anderem auch ein Rewe, der bis 24h auf hat) und Drogerien in Laufnähe und man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten an den Rheinterassen (ein schöner Park am Fluss Rhein). Das Hochladen von Fotos hat leider nicht geklappt, aber ich schicke sehr gerne welche auf Anfrage :) |
Description english: | This is a cozy room in a two-person shared apartment in the “Speyerer Straße” student dorm. The room is located in the attic, on the fourth floor. However, since it faces north, it stays relatively cool for an attic apartment, even on warm days. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, and a storage closet. There’s also a bike storage room where you can park your bike. While there isn’t a washing machine in the apartment, there are shared washing machines in the student residence that you can use at any time. The residence has excellent public transportation connections; the bus and tram stops are only about a 4-minute walk away. There’s also a bike station about 2 minutes away. The dorm is located in the Lindenhof neighborhood, which is a cozy family-friendly area. There are several supermarkets (including a Rewe that’s open until midnight) and drugstores within walking distance, and you can reach the Rheinterassen (a beautiful park along the Rhine River) in 10 minutes.
