Description german: | Wunderschönes WG-Zimmer (voll möbliert, mit Bettzeug) im 4. Stock (kein Aufzug) zentral in der Neckarstadt-West gelegen. Das Zimmer ist fantastische 22qm groß, mit Dachschräge, zwei Fenstern, und ist mit Bett, Couch, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch etc. ausgestattet (siehe Bilder). Küche und Bad sind voll ausgestattet (inklusive Spül- und Waschmaschine, Toaster, Mixer etc.). Wir sind eine entspannte, gemischte 4er WG (alle Ü23), keine wilde Party-WG, wobei wir ab und an natürlich auch zusammen feiern gehen bzw. gemeinsam Dinge unternehmen (z.B. Ausflüge ins Kaufland). Sophia studiert im Master an der Popakademie und ist viel auf coolen Veranstaltungen unterwegs, Jarno studiert Lehramt in Mainz und nimmt dich bestimmt mal mit ins Gym. Laura zieht im Sommer nach Hamburg um, wir suchen gerade noch eine:n langfristige:n Nachmieter:in für sie. Jedes Zimmer ist ein Rückzugsort, Tür zu bedeutet: ich möchte meine Ruhe :) Wir haben einen Putzplan, der wöchentlich rotiert, jede Woche hat jeder eine andere Aufgabe. Anbindungen: Haltestelle Carl-Benz-Straße 3min Fußweg, Linie 1 und 3 sowie Haltestelle Neumarkt 5min Fußweg, Linie 2 Alte Feuerwache (8min Fußweg): Linie 1,2,3,4 Nextbike-Station direkt vor der Haustür Netto (3min) und zwei Pennys (5min), Lidl und Kaufland (ca. 10min) Neckar (5min Fußweg) Kiosk, Dönerladen und Eisdiele direkt vor der Haustür |
Description english: | A lovely room in a shared flat (fully furnished, including bedding) on the 4th floor (no lift), centrally located in Neckarstadt-West. The room is a fantastic 22 square metres in size, with sloping ceilings and two windows, and is furnished with a bed, sofa, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, etc. (see photos). The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped (including a dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, blender, etc.). We’re a chill, mixed flat-share of four (all over 23); we’re not a wild party flat-share, though of course we do go out and celebrate together now and then or do things together (e.g. trips to Kaufland). Sophia is doing a Master’s at the Popakademie and is often out and about at cool events; Jarno is studying to be a teacher in Mainz and will definitely take you to the gym sometime. Laura is moving to Hamburg in the summer; we’re currently looking for a long-term tenant to take her place. Every room is a place of retreat; a closed door means: I’d like some peace and quiet :) We have a cleaning schedule that rotates weekly; everyone has a different task each week.
