Description german: | Das Zimmer hat 20m2 und ist hell. Momentan ist es als Wohnzimmer eingerichtet aber nach Absprache haben wir noch einen Schrank und einen Schreibtisch, die wir zu dir ins Zimmer stellen können. Die Couch ist eine Schlafcouch und mit Auflage sehr bequem wie ein Bett. Du kannst jedoch auch gerne dein eigenes Bett beziehungsweise Möbel mitbringen, das können wir noch besprechen. Es gibt eine große Küche, die voll ausgestattet ist. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt in der schönen langen Rötterstrasse. Hier gibt es einige Cafes und Restaurants, es ist jedoch insgesamt ruhiger und grüner als in der Innenstadt. In die Innenstadt braucht man mit der Bahn ca. 5 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten. Die Bahnstation lange Rötterstrasse ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Eine nextbike Station ist auch direkt vor der Tür. In der Straße gibt es auch einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Edeka, Penny) die innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Fährt man zwei Minuten mit der Bahn erreicht man auch DM, Aldi und viele Geschäfte mehr. Zudem gibt es zwei Bäckereien gegenüber. Du wirst mit Benedikt (25) in der WG leben. Er promoviert an der Universität Mannheim und ist immer offen für nette Gespräche. Es wird natürlich auch akzeptiert, wenn man Ruhe braucht. Frei nach dem Motto: alles kann nichts muss. Sauberkeit ist in dieser WG ebenso wichtig. Die Miete beinhaltet pauschal alle Kosten (Strom, Wlan, GEZ, Warmmiete). Bezüglich der genauen Daten können wir auch gerne nochmal sprechen. Description english: | The room is 20 m² and bright with plenty of natural light. At the moment, it is set up as a living room, but we have a wardrobe and a desk that we can move into the room for you if you'd like. The sofa is a comfortable sofa bed and, with a mattress topper, feels just like a regular bed. Of course, you're also welcome to bring your own bed or other furniture if you prefer, we can discuss the details together. The apartment has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The flat is located on the beautiful Lange Rötterstraße. The neighborhood offers several cafés and restaurants while being quieter and greener than the city center. The city center is only about 5 minutes by tram or 10 minutes by bike. The Lange Rötterstraße tram stop is just a 4-minute walk away, and there's also a Nextbike station right outside the building. There are several supermarkets nearby, including Rewe, Edeka, and Penny, all within a 5-minute walk. If you take the tram for just 2 minutes, you'll also reach dm, Aldi, and many other shops. In addition, there are two bakeries directly across the street. You'll be sharing the apartment with Benedikt (25). He is currently pursuing his PhD at the University of Mannheim and is always happy to have a friendly chat. At the same time, everyone's privacy is respected, whether you feel like socializing or prefer some quiet time. Our motto is: everything is possible, nothing is a must. Keeping the apartment clean is also important to us. The rent is all-inclusive, covering utilities, electricity, Wi-Fi, the German broadcasting fee (GEZ), and heating.
