Description german: | Hallo zusammen! Da ich (Leander) ins Auslandssemester gehe, vermiete ich mein 16 m² großes WG-Zimmer. Das genaue Einzugsdatum im August ist genauso verhandelbar wie der Auszug Ende Dezember oder Januar – ideal also für ein Auslandssemester oder ein Praktikum im letzten Jahresdrittel 2026. Dein Zimmer liegt im 2. Stock eines schönen Altbaus in K3, gerichtet zum ruhigen Innenhof. Es ist durch hohe Fenster angenehm hell, lässt sich durch Rollläden aber auch komplett abdunkeln. Es ist voll möbliert (Bett 120x200 cm, großer Kleiderschrank, Regal und Schreibtisch). Ich werde einen kleinen Teil meiner Sachen platzsparend im Zimmer lassen, es bleibt aber definitiv genug Platz für dich. Die Wohnung bietet außerdem ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Waschmaschine, Backofen etc.) und einen bequemen Fahrradstellplatz im Hof. Die Lage am Rand der Quadrate ist perfekt: Zur Uni fährst du 5 Minuten mit dem Rad, zur Haltestelle Abendakademie läufst du 3 Minuten. Aldi, dm, Rossmann, ein Fitnessstudio und diverse Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Auch die Neckarwiesen (5 Min. zu Fuß) und der Jungbusch (15 Min.) sind super schnell erreichbar. Deine Mitbewohner sind Viktoria (26, Krankenschwester, liebt Kultur, Reisen und Kochen) und Richard (29, Data-Science-Student, macht gerne Sport). Wir suchen eine aufgeschlossene, zuverlässige Person (ab 24 Jahren) für ein entspanntes, respektvolles Miteinander. Wir haben einen Putzplan und organisieren Haushalts-Basics gemeinschaftlich. Jede:r hat bei uns viel Raum für sich, aber wir freuen uns auch über gelegentliche gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Interesse? Description english: | Hello everyone! Since I (Leander) am going on a semester abroad, I am subletting my 16 sqm room. The exact move-in date in August is flexible, as is the move-out date at the end of December or January – making it perfect for an exchange semester or an internship in Mannheim. Your room is located on the 2nd floor of a charming historic building (Altbau) in K3, facing the quiet inner courtyard. It’s pleasantly bright thanks to high windows, but can be completely darkened with roller blinds. The room comes fully furnished (bed 120x200 cm, large wardrobe, shelving unit, and desk). I will leave a few of my things stored away compactly, but there will definitely be plenty of space for you. Our flat also features a shared living room with an attached balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, etc.), and convenient courtyard bike parking. The location on the edge of the 'Quadrate' is unbeatable: It’s a 5-minute bike ride to the University and a 3-minute walk to the 'Abendakademie' tram stop. Supermarkets (Aldi), drugstores (dm, Rossmann), a gym, and various restaurants are right around the corner. The Neckarwiesen riverbank (5 mins walk) and the lively Jungbusch area (15 mins) are also very easily accessible. Your flatmates will be Viktoria (26, nurse, loves culture, traveling, and cooking) and Richard (29, Data Science student, enjoys sports). We are looking for an open-minded and reliable person (24+ years old) for a relaxed and respectful living environment. We use a cleaning schedule and share household basics. Everyone has their own space, but we are also happy to hang out or do occasional activities together. Interested?
