Description german: | Ich vermiete mein helles, renoviertes und voll möbliertes WG-Zimmer in den Mannheimer Quadraten während meines Auslandssemesters (01.09.2026 - 31.01.2027). Das Zimmer ist 21 qm groß und hat sehr hohe Decken, was den Raum nochmal größer wirken lässt und einen tollen Charme erzeugt. Es hat zwei große Fenster, durch die tagsüber viel Tageslicht scheint, es lässt sich durch die Rollos aber auch sehr gut abdunkeln. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (u. a. mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Couch, Kleiderschrank, Schminktisch und Regalen), meine persönlichen Sachen räume ich selbstverständlich aus. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss und wurde vor meinem Einzug 2024 vollständig renoviert. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht – unter anderem einer neuen Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ofen, großem Kochfeld sowie sämtlichen Küchenutensilien. Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen: Mitten in den Quadraten, nur etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der Uni entfernt. Solltest du kein Fahrrad haben, kannst du dir an der Next-Bike Station um die Ecke eines ausleihen (ist für Studenten pro Fahrt 30min kostenlos). Cafés, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Supermärkte und mehrere Straßenbahnhaltestellen (Rathaus, Marktplatz und Dalbergstraße) befinden sich direkt in der Nähe. Auch der Jungbusch mit seinen Bars und Cafés ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir wohnen aktuell in einer entspannten 2er-WG. Mein Mitbewohner wird sein Zimmer für den Zeitraum September bis Anfang Januar ebenfalls untervermieten. Da ich mein Zimmer bevorzugt an eine Studentin vermieten möchte (melde dich aber auch gerne, falls du ein Student bist), versuchen wir auch für das zweite Zimmer eine Studentin zu finden. Falls ihr also zu zweit auf Wohnungssuche seid oder gemeinsam vorübergehend einziehen möchtet, könnt ihr euch sehr gerne zusammen melden. Sobald eines der Zimmer vergeben ist, setzen wir euch natürlich miteinander in Kontakt. |
Description english: | I’m subletting my bright, newly renovated and fully furnished room in a shared flat (WG) in Mannheim’s city center (Quadrate) during my semester abroad (01 September 2026 - 31 January 2027). The room is 21 sqm and has beautiful high ceilings, making it feel even more spacious while giving it a lot of character. Two large windows provide plenty of natural daylight throughout the day, and the blinds allow you to darken the room completely when needed. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, couch, wardrobe, vanity table and shelves. Of course, I’ll remove all of my personal belongings before moving out. The apartment is located on the second floor and was completely renovated before I moved in in 2024. It is fully equipped with everything you need for everyday life, including a brand-new dishwasher, washing machine, oven, large stovetop and all the essential kitchen equipment. The location is hard to beat: right in the heart of Mannheim’s Quadrate district, only about 5 minutes by bike from the university. If you don’t have a bike, you can easily rent one from the Nextbike station just around the corner. For students, the first 30 minutes of each ride are free. Cafés, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and several tram stops (Rathaus, Marktplatz and Dalbergstraße) are all within walking distance. The popular Jungbusch district, known for its bars and cafés, is also just a short walk away. We currently live in a relaxed two-person shared flat. My flatmate will also be subletting his room from September until the beginning of January. Since I would prefer to sublet my room to a female student (but feel free to get in touch if you’re a male student as well), we’re also hoping to find a female tenant for the second room. If you’re looking for accommodation together with a friend, we’d be happy to consider both of you. As soon as one of the rooms is rented, we’ll gladly put you in touch with the other tenant. |
