Description german: | DAS ZIMMER IST VERGEBEN, SORRY! ------------ Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer unter, während ich im Auslandssemester bin. Es ist ein helles, großzügiges Zimmer zum Innenhof, man hört also kaum etwas von draußen, dazu sehr hohe Decken und Dielenboden. Alle Möbel, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, bleiben für dich im Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, oben rechts in den Quadraten, ganz in der Nähe von Wasserturm und Luisenpark. Ich laufe eigentlich immer zur Uni, das dauert etwas mehr als 10 Minuten. In der Nähe vom Haus gibt es auch eine Nextbike-Station, an der man sich als Student kostenlos ein Rad ausleihen kann, dann ist man in ca. 5 Minuten an der Uni. Im selben Block (S6) gibt es einen REWE, eine Bäckerei sowie einen Penny. Über eine Abkürzung ist man in unter 2 Minuten dort. Das Einkaufszentrum Q6-Q7, das auch ein Fitnessstudio hat, liegt nur zwei Blocks entfernt. Deine drei Mitbewohner sind ebenfalls Studenten. Meistens ist nicht super viel los, da alle unterschiedliche Semesterzeiten haben und selten alle gleichzeitig da sind. Wir haben eine große Küche und einen Wohnbereich mit Spülmaschine, außerdem Waschmaschine und Trockner, ein reguläres Bad sowie eine zusätzliche Gästetoilette. Description english: | ROOM IS TAKEN, SORRY! ------------ I’m subletting my room in a shared flat (WG) while I'm abroad this semester. It's a spacious, bright room facing the inner courtyard, so you barely hear any noise from outside, with high ceilings and wooden flooring. All the furniture you see in the pictures stays in the room for you to use. The location is very central, in the upper right part of the Quadrate, right by the Wasserturm and Luisenpark. I always just walk to university, which takes a bit more than 10 minutes, but there's also a Nextbike station right next to the building, where students can rent a bike for free, and then it’s really only a 5-minute bike ride. For groceries, there's a REWE, a bakery, and a Penny discount supermarket all in the same block, with a shortcut you are there in no more than 2 minutes. The Q6-Q7 shopping centre, which also has a gym, is also just two blocks away. Your three flatmates are all (male) students. It's not usually too busy since everyone has different semester schedules, so it's rather rare for all of us to be around at the same time. We have a large kitchen and living room area with a dishwasher, plus a washing machine and dryer, a regular bathroom, and an additional guest toilet.
