Description german: | Ich biete mein wunderschönes Zimmer in einer 2er-WG zur Untermiete an. Die Laufzeit des Mietvertrags können wir flexibel besprechen – zögert nicht, mir zu schreiben! Das Zimmer ist geräumig und durch das große Fenster immer angenehm hell. Die Dachschräge verleiht dem Raum einen ganz eigenen, gemütlichen Charme. Zudem gibt es viel Platz für Kleidung, Bücher und Koffer – sogar ein Sofa oder ein zusätzliches Regal passen locker hinein. Da wir einen eigenen Keller haben, kannst du auch dort noch Sachen abstellen. Unsere gesamte Wohnung ist sehr wohnlich. Sie wurde 2019 saniert, weshalb die Ausstattung in einem top Zustand ist. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet: Neben einer Waschmaschine gibt es auch einen Geschirrspüler. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Geschirr – alles, was man braucht, ist schon da! |
Description english: | I am offering my beautiful room in a shared flat for 2 people for subletting. The term of the lease can still be discussed, do not hesitate to write! The room is spacious, it always has a lot of light through the large window. The sloping roof gives the room a charm all of its own, which makes the whole thing even cosier. There is plenty of space for clothes, books and suitcases. We have our own room in the basement, so you can safely store your things there too. Our whole flat is very cosy. The flat was newly renovated in 2019, so all the furniture and appliances are new. The kitchen not only has a washing machine, but also a dishwasher. Coffee machine, toaster, microwave, crockery and utensils - everything you need is already there. |
