Die Dachgeschosswohnung befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fußgängerzone und Uni. Trotz dieser zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen, da sie zu einem Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Die Wohnung ist möbiliert, mit Bett, Schreibtisch, einer gut ausgestatteten Küchenzeile, Badezimmer und sonstigem. Bei der Miete handelt es sich um eine Warmmiete inkl. Nebenkosten. Strom und Internet sind separat zu entrichten. |
Description english: | Hello! I will be spending my exchange semester abroad from September 2026 to January 2027, which is why I am looking for my one- bedroom apartment during this time period. The apartment is on the top floor and , is situated in a very central location in the in the city center of Mannheim in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone and the university. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet as it faces an inner courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished with a bed, desk, a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, and other amenities. The rent includes utilities, however electricity and internet are to be paid separately. |
