Description german: | Das Hochladen von Fotos hat leider nicht funktioniert. Ich schicke sehr gerne welche auf Anfrage! Es handelt sich um ein gemütliches Zimmer in einer 2-er WG im Studentenwohnheim "Speyerer Straße". Das Zimmer befindet sich unter dem Dach, im vierten Stock. Da es aber zum Norden gerichtet ist, ist es auch an warmen Tagen vergleichsweise kühl für eine Dachwohnung. In der Wohnung befinden sich eine vollausgestattete Küche und ein großes Badezimmer. Es gibt zwar keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, aber dafür gibt es gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschinen im Studentenwohnheim, die man jederzeit nutzen kann. Das Wohnheim ist sehr gut an den ÖPNV angeschlossen, Bus und Tram sind nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Wohnheim liegt im Stadtteil Lindenhof, bei dem es sich um ein gemütliches Familienviertel handelt. Es gibt einige Supermärkte und Drogerien in Laufnähe und man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten an den Rheinterassen (ein schöner Park am Fluss). |

I am subletting a cosy room in a two-person shared flat in the ‘Speyerer Straße’ student hall of residence. The room is located under the roof, on the fourth floor. However, as it faces north, it remains relatively cool for an attic flat, even on warm days. The flat features a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. Although there is no washing machine in the flat, there are communal washing machines in the student hall of residence which can be used at any time. The flat has excellent public transport links, with bus and tram just a 4-minute walk away. It is situated in the Lindenhof district, which is a cosy family neighbourhood. There are several supermarkets and drug stores within walking distance, and you can reach the Rheinterassen (a lovely park by the river) in 10 minutes. |
