Description german:	Ich vermiete meine helle und sehr ruhige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Lindenhof zur Untermiete. Die Wohnung ist ca. 48 m² groß, liegt im 1. Stock eines Altbaus und besteht aus einem großen Zimmer, einer geräumigen Küche und einem Bad. Die Lage ist super: Zur Uni braucht man ca. 13 Minuten, die nächste Haltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und zum Hauptbahnhof sind es ungefähr 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Außerdem ist der Rhein nur ca. 2 Minuten entfernt, perfekt zum Spazierengehen oder Entspannen. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und ausgestattet mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, kleinem Fernseher, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Staubsauger sowie allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden. In der Miete sind Wasser, Strom, Gas und WLAN bereits enthalten. Der frühestmögliche Einzug wäre ab dem 01.07., alternativ auch ab August. Die Wohnung ist bis zum 15.01. verfügbar. Sie eignet sich besonders gut für Studierende oder Austauschstudierende, die für ein Semester nach Mannheim kommen. Ein Fahrrad kann abgestellt werden; außerdem gibt es eine Nextbike-Station nur ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Bei Interesse freue ich mich über eine Nachricht!

Description english:	I am subletting my bright and very quiet 1-room apartment in Mannheim-Lindenhof. The apartment is around 48 m², located on the first floor of an older building, and consists of one large room, a spacious kitchen, and a bathroom. The location is great: It takes about 13 minutes to get to the university, the nearest tram/bus stop is only 3 minutes away by foot, and Mannheim main station is around 10 minutes away. Several grocery stores and other shops are within walking distance. The Rhine river is only about 2 minutes away, which is perfect for walks or relaxing outside. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a bed, desk, sofa, wardrobe, bookshelf, small TV, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, oven, vacuum cleaner, and everything you need for cooking. Wi-Fi is also available. Water, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi are already included in the rent. The earliest possible move-in date is 1 July, but moving in from August is also possible. The apartment is available until 15 January. It would be especially suitable for students or exchange students coming to Mannheim for one semester.
