Description german: | Das Zimmer liegt in einer 3er-WG im Dachgeschoss (4. Etage) eines schönen Altbaus. Morgens scheint die Sonne sehr schön durch das große Fenster. Der Blick aus dem Fesnter geht in den Innenhof, dadurch ist es sehr ruhig. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Fußgänger Zone, wodurch man auch von der anderen Seite kein Autolärm hat. Unsere WG liegt im Herzen des Jungbuschs, dadurch ist man super angebunden und gleichzeitig etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, besonders in den Sommermonaten ist es hier richtig schön :)) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Der nächste Einkausladen ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und alles andere findet man in der Innenstadt, die man auch in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Uns ist ein harmonisches Miteinander sehr wichtig, legen Wert auf offenen Kommunikation und gegenseitige Rücksichtsnahme besonders auf Sauberkeit und Lautstärke. Es gibt keine strikten Regeln, weil wir davon überzuegt sind, dass ein gutes Miteinander auf Basis und gegenseitigem Verständnis und common sense möglich ist :) |
Description english: | The room is part of a three-person shared flat on the top floor (4th floor) of a beautiful old building. In the mornings, the sun shines beautifully through the large window. The view from the window looks out onto the (inner) courtyard, making it very quiet. There is a car-free zone in front of the building, so there is no traffic noise from the other side either. Our flat share is in the heart of Jungbusch, so you’re really well connected yet slightly outside the city centre; it’s particularly lovely here in the summer months :)) Shopping: The nearest shop is just a 5-minute walk away, and you’ll find everything else in the city centre, which is also a 15-minute walk away. We value open communication and mutual consideration, especially around cleanliness and noise levels. There are no strict rules, as we are convinced that good coexistence is possible based on mutual understanding and common sense :) |
