Description german: | Hallo! Ich ziehe ab Juli aus meiner Wohnung aus. Mein Zimmer ist 20 m2 groß und befindet sich in einer 80 m2 großen Wohnung. Es gibt einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch und ein großes Bett (Möbel können für 200 € übernommen werden). Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine und Bad. Wir sind zu dritt (ein Mädchen und ein Junge) und ich suche eher eine dritte Mitbewohnerin. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr nett, wir haben eine gute Aufteilung der Hausarbeiten und kommunizieren gut miteinander. Wir verstehen uns gut und respektieren den Freiraum der anderen. Der Preis beträgt 404 € pro Monat. Zögert nicht, mich zu kontaktieren, wenn ihr weitere Fragen habt – und natürlich auch, wenn ihr die Wohnung besichtigen möchtet! |
Description english: | Hi! I’m looking to move out of my apartment starting of July. My room is 20 square meters in an 80-square-meter apartment. It has a large walk-in closet, a desk, and a queen-size bed (furniture available for €200). The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and bathroom. There are three of us living here (one girl and one guy), and I’m looking for a third roommate. The atmosphere is very friendly; we have a good system for dividing household chores and communicate well. We get along great and respect each other’s space. The price is €404 per month.
