Description german: | Hallo, ich vermiete im Juli und August mein schönes WG-Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim, da ich in der Zeit im Praktikum sein werde. Das Zimmer ist schön groß und hell, dank der großen Fenster fällt viel Tageslicht herein, und die Aussicht auf ein ruhiges, grünes Wohngebiet ist wirklich schön. Besonders abends, wenn die Sonne untergeht, ist das ein echter Bonus. Möbliert ist das Zimmer komplett: Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Schrank, Regal und ein eigenes Waschbecken direkt im Zimmer sind bereits vorhanden, sodass man sofort einziehen kann. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet, mit Herd und Backofen. Angenehm ist außerdem, dass Toilette und Dusche voneinander getrennt sind. Waschmaschinen stehen im Nebengebäude zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist wirklich gut: Das Wohnheim liegt am Rand eines ruhigen, grünen Wohngebiets und ist trotzdem bestens angebunden. Die nächste Bahnhaltestelle ist in einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar, und in derselben Entfernung befinden sich auch zwei Supermärkte sowie eine Drogerie und Apotheke. Zur Uni und in die Innenstadt kommt man bequem in etwa 15 Minuten, entweder mit der Bahn oder mit dem Fahrrad. In der WG leben noch drei weitere Studenten, die alle nett und unkompliziert sind. Das WG-Leben ist angenehm entspannt: Man begegnet sich vor allem beim Kochen in der Küche, tauscht sich aus und hat seinen eigenen Bereich, wenn man Ruhe braucht. Ich freue mich auf eure Nachrichten. Description english: | Hello, I’m subletting my lovely shared room in the student hall of residence in July and August, as I’ll be on an internship during that time. The room is nice and spacious and bright; thanks to the large windows, plenty of natural light floods in, and the view of a quiet, green residential area is really lovely. It’s a real bonus, especially in the evenings when the sun goes down. The room is fully furnished: a bed, desk with chair, wardrobe, shelving unit and a private washbasin in the room are already provided, so you can move in straight away. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, with a hob and oven. It’s also nice that the toilet and shower are separate. Washing machines are available in the adjacent building. The location is really good: the hall of residence is situated on the edge of a quiet, green residential area yet is still very well connected. The nearest train station is a one-minute walk away, and two supermarkets, a chemist’s and a pharmacy are also within the same distance. You can easily reach the university and the city centre in about 15 minutes, either by train or by bike. There are three other students living in the flat share, all of whom are friendly and easy-going. Life in the flat share is pleasantly relaxed: you mainly bump into each other in the kitchen whilst cooking, have a chat, and have your own space when you need some peace and quiet.
