Description german:	Heyyy, da ich ab September für ein Auslandssemester im Ausland bin, suche ich für den Zeitraum von Anfang September bis Anfang Januar eine Zwischenmieterin für mein Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß, voll möbliert und durch ein Fenster schön hell und mit Tageslicht durchflutet. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es dank der gut abgedichteten Fenster angenehm ruhig. Durch die vorhandenen Rollläden lässt sich das Zimmer außerdem gut abdunkeln. Die ca. 120 qm große Wohnung mit einer offenen Küche, einem Wohnzimmer und einem Balkon bietet jede Menge Platz für gemeinsame Aktivitäten in der WG. Die Wohnung ist mit vielen technischen Geräten ausgestattet wie z.B. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Airfryer, Sodastream etc. Im Innenhof des Hauses gibt es die Möglichkeit, ein Fahrrad abzustellen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG eines älteren Hauses in den belebten Quadraten der Mannheimer Innenstadt. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Abendakademie“ ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt in der direkten Umgebung viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Aldi, Rossmann, Lidl und co. Zu Fuß erreicht man auch schnell die restliche Innenstadt. Die nahe Lage zum Neckar ist ideal, um eine Runde joggen oder spazieren zu gehen oder einen lauen Sommerabend an der Neckarwiese zu verbringen. Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind alle super lieb und freuen sich auch immer über gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Natürlich ist es aber auch in Ordnung, wenn du mal deine Ruhe haben möchtest und dich in dein Zimmer zurückziehst. Ansonsten legen wir Wert auf Sauberkeit (haben deswegen auch einen Putzplan) und einen offenen Umgang miteinander. Hier auch nochmal eine Vorstellung der vier Mädels: Dalia (22) studiert Soziologie mit BWL im 4. Semester an der Uni Mannheim. Bei spontanen Kaffee- oder Matcha-Ausflügen, kleinen Bummeltouren durch die Läden um die Ecke oder gemütlichen Fernsehabenden ist sie gerne dabei. ???? Lisa (21) studiert im 4. Semester Psychologie an der Uni Mannheim. Sie liebt kreative Dinge, sei es Geschenke basteln, Klamotten upcyceln oder Theater spielen. Zudem ist sie gerne draußen unterwegs, besucht Flohmärkte oder sitzt in süßen Cafés. ???? Rebecca (20) studiert BWL im 2. Semester. Sie ist ein sehr kreativer und offener Mensch und verbringt gerne Zeit mit Freunden und probiert neue Dinge aus. Außerdem tanzt sie gerne, liebt Brainrot Humor und chillt gerne in der Küche. ???? Hannah (19) ist ganz neu in der WG und erst im April eingezogen und studiert Psychologie im 4. Semester. Sie verbringt ihre Freizeit gerne mit Freunden beim Bouldern, Billard oder im Café mit Gesellschaftsspielen. Außerdem verquatscht sie sich gerne mal beim gemeinsamen Kochen oder bei einem Kaffee in der Küche. ???? Meld dich gerne bei mir, falls du Fragen hast oder mehr Informationen bzw. Description english:	Heyyy, since I’ll be spending a semester abroad from September onwards, I’m looking for a female subtenant for my room from the beginning of September until the beginning of January. The room is about 13 sqm, fully furnished and nicely bright with plenty of natural daylight coming through the window. Despite the central location, the room is pleasantly quiet thanks to the well-insulated windows. The shutters also make it easy to darken the room properly. The apartment itself is around 120 sqm and has an open kitchen, a living room and a balcony, offering lots of space for shared activities in the flat. The apartment is equipped with many useful appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air fryer, SodaStream etc. There is also space to park a bike in the inner courtyard of the building. The apartment is located on the first floor of an older building in the lively “Quadrate” area of Mannheim city centre. The tram stop “Abendakademie” is only a 2-minute walk away. There are many supermarkets and shops nearby, including Aldi, Rossmann, Lidl and more. You can also easily walk to the rest of the city centre. The close distance to the Neckar river is perfect for going on a jog, taking a walk or spending a warm summer evening at the Neckarwiese. The flatmates are all super lovely and always happy to do things together. Of course, it’s also completely fine if you want some quiet time and prefer to relax in your room. In general, we value cleanliness (which is why we have a cleaning schedule) and open communication with each other. Here’s a little introduction to the four girls: Dalia (22) studies Sociology with Business Administration in her 4th semester at the University of Mannheim. She enjoys spontaneous coffee or matcha dates, little shopping trips around the neighbourhood and cozy movie nights. ???? Lisa (21) is in her 4th semester studying Psychology at the University of Mannheim. She loves creative activities like crafting gifts, upcycling clothes or acting in theatre plays. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, visiting flea markets or sitting in cute cafés. ???? Rebecca (20) studies Business Administration in her 2nd semester. She is a very creative and open-minded person who enjoys spending time with friends and trying new things. She also loves dancing, brainrot humor and hanging out in the kitchen. ???? Hannah (19) is quite new to the flat and only moved in this April and is studying Psychology in her 4th semester. In her free time, she enjoys bouldering, playing billiards or spending time in cafés playing board games with friends. She also loves chatting while cooking together or having coffee in the kitchen. ????
