Description german: | Ich vermiete mein Zimmer während meines Auslandssemesters vom 01.08.2026 bis 31.01.2027. Das Zimmer ist mit ca. 32 m2 großzügig geschnitten, komplett möbliert und bietet richtig viel Platz zum Wohnen, Lernen und Entspannen. Es gibt ein Bett, einen großen Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und eine Couch. Durch die Größe kannst du das Zimmer trotzdem noch easy nach deinem eigenen Stil einrichten. Besonders schön ist das helle Zimmer durch den Blick in den ruhigen Hinterhof mit vielen Bäumen und einem kleinen Brunnen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und angenehm. Küche und Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Mikrowelle, außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine und natürlich WLAN. Die Bushaltestellen für die Linien 53 und 55 sind nur ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, die Straßenbahnlinien 4/4A erreicht man in etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls direkt in der Nähe – ein großer REWE sowie ein Edeka sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Du würdest mit Liliia zusammenwohnen, die aus der Ukraine kommt und super freundlich und easygoing ist. Sie ist meistens unter der Woche unterwegs, es ist generell sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Wir haben keinen offiziellen Putzplan oder so aber wir beide achten sehr darauf, dass die Wohnung sauber gehalten wird. |
Description english: | Hey! I’m renting out my room during my semester abroad from 01.08.2026 until 31.01.2027. The room is very spacious (around 32 m2), fully furnished, and offers plenty of space for living, studying, and relaxing. It comes with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and a couch. Because of the size, there’s still lots of room to make it feel like your own place. One of the nicest things about the room is how bright and peaceful it is, with a lovely view of the backyard full of trees and a small fountain. The apartment itself is also very quiet and has a calm atmosphere. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and there’s also a washing machine and Wi-Fi included. The location is well connected: bus lines 53 and 55 are only about a 3-minute walk away, and tram lines 4/4A can be reached within around 7 minutes on foot. There’s also a large REWE supermarket and an Edeka nearby within walking distance. You would be living with Liliia, who is from Ukraine and is very friendly and easygoing. She’s usually away for most of the week, regardless the apartment is generally very quiet and relaxed. We don’t have an official cleaning schedule etc. but we both are mindful of keeping the space clean always and respecting each other. With the tram it’s 4 stops away from Ulmenweg. If you’re planning to stay there but are in the search for someplace calmer and prettier, you may first want to check my room out :) |
