Description german: | Ich bin Studentin und suche für den Zeitraum von Ende August bis Anfang Januar ein*e Untermieter*in (Student*in) für mein helles, 16 m² großes Einzelapartment im Studentenwohnheim N6 8. Die Wohnung befindet sich im achten Stock (Aufzug vorhanden) und wird vollständig möbliert vermietet. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein Bett (1,40 m × 2 m), Kleiderschrank, Schuhschrank, Garderobe, Schreibtisch, ein ausklappbarer Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen, ein Regal sowie eine kleine Küchenzeile mit zwei Herdplatten, Mikrowelle, Arbeitsfläche und Vorratsschrank. Außerdem verfügt das Apartment über ein eigenes voll ausgestattetes Bad. Geschirr und Reinigungszubehör sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Wohnheim stehen im Keller zwei Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner zur Verfügung. Das Waschen kostet 2,60 €, das Trocknen 2 €; bezahlt wird bequem mit der ecUM. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Trockenraum im Keller. Direkt neben dem Wohnheim befindet sich ein kostenloser, abgeschlossener Fahrradstellplatz, und eine Nextbike-Station ist nur einen Block entfernt. WLAN ist inklusive. Die Lage ist absolut zentral mitten in den Quadraten: Zur Uni läuft man etwa 4 Minuten, zur Tramhaltestelle „Strohmarkt“ auf den Planken etwa 3 Minuten. Direkt gegenüber befinden sich ein Rewe und eine Bäckerei. Auch weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Clubs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Description english: | I am a student looking for a subtenant (student) for the period from early/middle of August to middle of January for my bright, 16-square-meter studio apartment in the N6 8 student dormitory. The apartment is located on the eighth floor (elevator available) and is fully furnished. The furnishings include a bed (1.40 m × 2 m), a wardrobe, a shoe cabinet, a coat rack, a desk, a fold-out dining table with two chairs, a bookshelf, and a small kitchen with two stovetops, a microwave, a countertop, and a pantry. The apartment also has its own fully equipped bathroom. Dishes and cleaning supplies are also provided. In the basement of the dormitory, there are two washing machines and a dryer available. Washing costs €2.60, drying €2; payment is conveniently made with the ecUM. There is also a drying room in the basement. Right next to the residence hall is a free, locked bike parking area, and a Nextbike station is just one block away. Wi-Fi is included. The location is absolutely central in the heart of the city: it’s about a 4-minute walk to the university and about a 3-minute walk to the “Strohmarkt” tram stop on the Planken. Directly across the street are a Rewe supermarket and a bakery. Other shopping options, cafés, restaurants, bars, and clubs are also in the immediate vicinity.
