Fahrräder können sicher im Hinterhof abgestellt werden. Das Zimmer zeichnet sich durch seine Größe und die für Altbauten typischen hohen Decken aus, die für eine helle und offene Atmosphäre sorgen. Die Ausstattung umfasst ein 1,60 m breites Bett, ein Sofa, einen Schreibtisch sowie ausreichend Stauraum durch einen Kleiderschrank und zwei Kommoden. Die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räumlichkeiten, bestehend aus einer modernen Küche und Badezimmer. Eine Waschmaschine ist in der Wohnung vorhanden und kann mitgenutzt werden. Dekorationen wurden komplett entfernt, daher kann das Zimmer gerne nach eigenen Vorlieben dekoriert werden solange alles beim Auszug wieder entfernt wird. Description english: | Fully furnished room in a well-maintained 2-person female apartment (60 square meters) in the heart of Mannheim's Jungbusch district. Despite its central location in the city's vibrant scene, surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, the apartment remains quiet, as it is situated at the rear end of the courtyard, away from the street. You can store your bicycle in said courtyard. The room features high ceilings and a spacious layout. It comes fully equipped with a 1.60 m bed, a sofa, a desk, and a lot of storage space including a wardrobe and two chests of drawers. The shared facilities include a modern kitchen and bathroom. A washing machine is available in the apartment for use. All the decorations have been removed so feel free to decorate it however you like but please make sure to remove everything when you move out.
