Die Miete ist für eine so zentrale Lage sehr günstig (€425 zzgl. Strom und Internet). Ich werde die Wohnung Ende Juni verlassen, und der Vermieter sucht eine Person, die den Mietvertrag ab Juli übernimmt, idealerweise mit einem reibungslosen Übergang ohne Leerstandszeit. Standort: • 5 Gehminuten vom Mannheimer Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) entfernt • 15-20 Gehminuten zur Universität • Straßenbahnlinie 1 (2 Minuten entfernt) mit direkter Verbindung zur Universität Wohnung: • 1-Zimmer-Apartment / Studio mit Küchenzeile • Privates Badezimmer • Ruhiges Gebäude, überwiegend von Studierenden und jungen Leuten bewohnt Miete: • Kaltmiete: €300 • Nebenkosten: €125 • Gesamtmiete: €425 (zzgl. Description english: | Hello, I am a student from France currently on exchange in Mannheim and I am offering a studio of approx. 25 m2, located in a quiet and very well-connected area of Mannheim (Schwetzingerstadt). The rent is very competitive for such a central location (€425 excluding electricity and internet). I will be leaving the apartment at the end of June, and the landlord is looking for someone to take over the lease starting from July, ideally with a smooth transition to avoid any vacancy period. Location: • 5 minutes’ walk from Mannheim Central Station (Hbf) • 15-20 minutes’ walk from the university • Tram line 1 (2 minutes away) gives direct connection to the university Apartment: • Studio (one main room with kitchenette) • Private bathroom • Quiet building, mostly occupied by students and young people Rent: • Cold rent: €300 • Service charges: €125 • Total rent: €425 (excluding electricity and internet) • Deposit: €600 (2 months’ cold rent) Availability: • Available from July, with flexibility for a smooth handover around that period Equipment: The studio is fully furnished and ready to move in.
