Description german: | Ich suche nach einem Untermieter für mein WG-Zimmer, da ich ins Auslandssmester gehe. Verfügbar ist dieses von Mitte Juni 2026 bis Ende Januar 2027, wobei eine Mindestmietdauer von 2 Monaten gewünscht wäre. Im Zeitraum von Juli - September 2026 (3 Monate) ist ein weiteres Zimmer frei, falls du also mit einem/ einer Freund/in einziehen magst, wäre das auch möglich. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und wie ich finde sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes und auch geräumig. Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine 3er-WG mit Küche und Bad sowie einem großen Flur, was sehr praktisch ist. Fußläufig gibt es einen Penny (5min), Lidl und Kaufland Lidl (jeweils 15 Minuten). Bahn- und Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, sodass man immer schnell überall hinkommt. Außerdem ist zwei Minuten vom Haus eine Next-Bike-Station. In unter 10 Minuten ist man an den Neckarwiesen, wo man wirklich sehr schön spazieren, joggen, picknicken etc. kann. Bei Interesse kann gerne eine (Online-)Besichtigung vereinbart werden. |
Description english: | I am looking for a subtenant for my room in a shared flat (WG), as I am going on a semester abroad. It is available from mid-June 2026 until the end of January 2027, though a minimum stay of 2 months would be preferred. In the period from July to September 2026 (3 months), another room is also vacant, so if you would like to move in with a friend, that would also be possible. The room is fully furnished and, in my opinion, very cozily decorated and also spacious. The apartment is a 3-person shared flat with a kitchen and bathroom as well as a large hallway, which is very practical. Within walking distance, there is a Penny (5 min), as well as a Lidl and Kaufland (15 minutes each). Train and bus stops can also be reached in 5 minutes, so you can always get everywhere quickly. Additionally, there is a Next-Bike station two minutes from the house. In less than 10 minutes you are at the "Neckarwiesen", where you can go for really nice walks, jogs, picnics, etc. If you are interested, an online or in person viewing can be arranged. |
