Außerdem gibt es eine Einbauküche mit: - zwei Herdplatten - Kühlschrank - Spüle - Schränken Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der in der Miete schon enthalten ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen und attraktiven Wohngegend im Mannheimer Süden. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind schnell erreichbar: Die Straßenbahn fährt im 10-Minuten-Takt und braucht 10 Minuten in die Mannheimer Innenstadt.Die Haltestelle ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
