Description german:	Hey! Ich bin Paula, studiere Politikwissenschaft in Mannheim und gehe ab August ins Auslandssemester nach Rom. Deshalb möchte ich mein WG-Zimmer gerne bis Anfang Januar untervermieten. Falls du aus Rom kommst oder dort studierst – ich bin offen für einen Zimmertausch! :) Zimmer: Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock eines sanierten Altbaus mit Fahrstuhl – praktisch beim Transport von Einkaufstüten und im Alltag generell sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert mit moderner Küche und neuem Bad. Von insgesamt drei Zimmern bleiben zwei bei meiner Mitbewohnerin Rebecca. Mein Zimmer liegt am Ende des Flurs neben der Küche und wirkt durch das große Fenster zum Platz sehr hell und luftig. Die hohen Decken des Altbaus sorgen für ein angenehmes Raumgefühl. Mein Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit großem Kleiderschrank, bequemer Couch, Schreibtisch, großem Bett und Bücherregal – ich mache gerne etwas Platz! :) Lage: Die Wohnung hat im Lindenhof eine optimale Lage. Direkt vor der Tür sind zwei Tramhaltestellen (Diesterwegschule und Meeräckerplatz), die mit Linie 3 direkt in die Innenstadt führen. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 10 Minuten zur Uni. Die Wohnung liegt an der zentralen Einkaufsstraße des Viertels – Bäcker und Weinladen sind sogar im Haus, ein Café gegenüber, Rewe 3 Minuten entfernt. Das Highlight: Das Rheinufer ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Waldpark und Rheinpromenade sind perfekt zum Joggen, Spazierengehen und Entspannen. WG-Leben: Aktuell sind wir drei Mitbewohnerinnen. Ab August bleibt nur meine italienische Mitbewohnerin Rebecca (23, arbeitet nach ihrem BWL-Studium). Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und harmonisch – wir kochen und quatschen gerne in der Küche, arbeiten und lernen aber auch viel in unseren Zimmern. Wir sind keine Party-WG, daher passen am besten ruhige, lernorientierte Menschen zu uns, die aber auch offen für entspannte WG-Interaktionen sind. :) Sonstiges: Unsere WG soll eine Frauen-WG bleiben. Wir freuen uns auf eine Studentin oder junge Berufstätige in ihren 20ern!

That's why I'd like to sublet my shared apartment room until early January. If you're from Rome or studying there – I'm open to a room swap! :) Room: The apartment is on the third floor of a renovated historic building with an elevator – super convenient for groceries and everyday life in general. The apartment has been freshly renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Of the three rooms total, two will stay with my roommate Rebecca. My room is at the end of the hallway next to the kitchen and feels very bright and airy thanks to the large window facing the square. The high ceilings of the historic building create a pleasant sense of space. My room is furnished with a large wardrobe, comfortable sofa, desk, large bed, and bookshelf – I'm happy to make some space! :) Location: The apartment has an ideal location in Lindenhof. Right outside the door are two tram stops (Diesterwegschule and Meeräckerplatz) with direct Line 3 connections to the city center. The university is just 10 minutes away by bike. The apartment is on the main shopping street of the neighborhood – there's even a bakery and wine shop in the building, a café across the street, and Rewe just 3 minutes away. My highlight: The Rhine waterfront is only 5 minutes away. Waldpark and the Rhine promenade are perfect for jogging, walking, and relaxing. Roommate Life: Currently, there are three of us. From August on, it will likely be just my Italian roommate Rebecca (23, working after completing her Business Administration studies). Our shared apartment life is very relaxed and harmonious – we enjoy cooking and chatting in the kitchen, but we also spend a lot of time studying and working in our rooms. We're not a party-focused shared apartment, so we're looking for someone who values a quiet, study-friendly environment but is also open to relaxed roommate interactions. :) Other Info: Our shared apartment will remain women-only. We're looking forward to welcoming a female student or young professional in her 20s!
