Description german: | Ich vermiete ein möbliertes Einzelzimmer in einer 4er-WG im Studierendenwerk Mannheim, die ich mir mit drei weiteren Mädchen teile. Für das Herbst-/Wintersemester 2026 suche ich eine Untermieterin. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist vollständig ausgestattet, sodass du nichts zusätzlich mitbringen musst – eigene Küchenutensilien kannst du natürlich gerne ergänzen. Bad und WC werden gemeinsam genutzt; im Zimmer befindet sich jedoch ein eigenes Waschbecken. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und verfügt über einen Kleiderschrank, ein Regal, ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch sowie zwei Stühle, Internet ist auch inklusiv. Die WG liegt ganz zentral in der Mannheimer Innenstadt, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Universität. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi und Lidl sowie zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants sind schnell erreichbar. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich der Jungbusch mit vielen Bars und Clubs. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es hier ruhig und sicher – ideal zum Lernen, aber auch mit vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wichtig sind uns ein sauberes Zusammenleben sowie eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin. Description english: | I’m renting out a furnished single room in a 4-person shared flat (WG) at Studierendenwerk Mannheim, where I currently live with three other girls. I’m looking for a female subtenant for the fall/winter semester 2026. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, so you don’t need to bring anything (but feel free to add your own kitchen items if you like). The bathroom and toilet are shared, but the room itself has a private sink, which is super convenient. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, shelf, and two chairs, the internet is also included, so you can move in easily without worrying about furniture. The flat is located right in the city center of Mannheim, just a short walk from the university. Supermarkets like Aldi and Lidl, as well as plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants, are all nearby. The popular Jungbusch area (bars, clubs, nightlife) is just across the street. Despite the central location, the area is quiet and safe, making it perfect for both studying and enjoying your free time.
