Description german: | Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer (3er WG) während meines Auslandsaufenthalts. Das Zimmer ist 20 m² groß und vollständig möbliert. Es befinden sich ein Regal, ein höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch, eine Couch sowie ein Kleiderschrank und ein Hochbett (1,80 m x 2,00 m) darin. Die Deckenhöhe des Zimmers beträgt ca. 3,50 m. In der Wohnung gibt es einen gemeinsamen Balkon, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Die beiden Mitbewohnerinnen studieren Jura. Unmittelbar befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle sowie mehrere Straßenbahnstationen. Die Universität und die Innenstadt sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut angebunden. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Fitnessstudio (John Reed) ist etwa 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es außerdem Pizzerien, Kneipen und Restaurants sowie verschiedene Sportplätze. |
Description english: | I am subletting my room in a shared flat (3-people) during my stay abroad. The room is 20 m² in size and fully furnished. It contains a shelf, a height-adjustable desk with desk chair, a couch, a wardrobe, and a loft bed (1.80 m × 2.00 m). The ceiling height of the room is approximately 3.50 m. The apartment has a shared balcony, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The two roommates are both studying law. There is a bus stop directly nearby as well as several tram stations. The university and the city center are within walking distance. The main train station is very well connected by public transport. There are also several shopping options in the surrounding area. A gym (John Reed) is about a 12-minute walk away. In the nearby area there are also several pizzerias, pubs, and restaurants, as well as various sports fields. |
