Stock mit Aufzug und bietet: -ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer mit Balkon -eine separate Küche mit Tür, ideal um Kochgerüche zu vermeiden -ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne -komplette hochwertige und neue Möbilierung (mit z.B. großes aufklabbares Bett mit Stauraum, Fernseher, Küchenablage etc.) Zusätzlich gibt es im Haus: -einen Waschraum (Waschmaschinen und Trockner) -einen Fahrradkeller -sowie einen Partyraum im Keller *** Wichtig: Du musst an einer staatlichen Hochschule in Mannheim immatrikuliert sein zum Zeitraum der Untermiete *** In dem Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten (Möbel, Wlan, Heizung, Wasser). Lage: Top-Lage: nahe Uni und Hochschule Mannheim In unmittelbarer Nähe (wenige Gehminuten) findest du einen Lidl und einen Nahkauf. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend mit der Straßenbahnlinie 6, 1 und diversen Bussen. Zur Hochschule Mannheim gelangst du bequem zu Fuß oder mit einer kurzen Bahnfahrt. Die Universität Mannheim erreichst du in nur 10 Minuten Bahnfahrt. Auch die Innenstadt ist schnell mit der Bahn erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt verfügbar. |

The apartment is on the 1st floor with an elevator and offers: • a large, bright living room with balcony • a separate kitchen with a door, ideal for avoiding cooking smells • a spacious bathroom with a bathtub • complete high-quality and new furnishings (e.g. large foldable bed with storage space, TV, kitchen counter, etc.) Additionally, the building has: • a laundry room (washing machines and dryers) • a bicycle storage room • as well as a party room in the basement Important: You must be enrolled at a public university in Mannheim during the sublease period. Location: Top location: close to the University of Mannheim and Mannheim University of Applied Sciences In the immediate vicinity (a few minutes’ walk) you will find a Lidl and a Nahkauf.
