Description german: | Da ich für mein Auslandssemester abreise, suche ich einen Nachmieter :) Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und relativ geräumig. Es ist mit einem Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Ventilator etc. ausgestattet. Ich habe das Zimmer tragischerweise ohne Bett übernommen und war zu faul, eines zu kaufen, also schlafe ich nur auf der Matratze (die ich zurücklassen werde). Die Wohnung hat auch eine Couch und einen Fernseher, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man Freunde zu Besuch hat. Wir haben auch eine Waschmaschine, was mehr als praktisch ist. Du wirst direkt am Marktplatz wohnen. Wenn du sonntags oder generell einen Döner essen möchten, musst du nicht weit laufen - etwa 2 Minuten - und haben viele Möglichkeiten. Man kann entweder mit dem Zug zur Universität fahren (-2min bis Abendakademie oder 5 bis zur Haltestelle Marktplatz) oder in ca. 13 Minuten dorthin laufen. Die Lage ist perfekt ausgelegt :) |
Description english: | Since I'm leaving for my semester abroad, I'm looking for someone to take over :) The room is cozy and relatively spacious. It's equipped with a desk, chair, fan, etc. Tragically, I took the room without a bed and was too lazy to buy one, so I'm just sleeping on the mattress (which I'll be leaving behind). The apartment also has a couch and a TV, which is very convenient when you have friends over. We also have a washing machine, which is more than convenient. You'll be living right on the market square. If you want to eat a kebab on Sundays or in general, you don't have to walk far—about 2 minutes—and have plenty of options. You can either take the train to the university (-2 minutes to the evening academy or 5 minutes to the market square stop) or walk there in about 13 minutes. The location is perfect :) |
