Description german: | Du würdest dir eine WG mit meinen beiden super lieben Mitbewohnern teilen, aber erst mal ein paar Infos zum Zimmer: Es ist mit 20m² und den hohen Decken sehr geräumig. Es gibt ein großes Fester mit elektrischer Jalousie, was zur Straße rausgeht. Da wir im Erdgeschoss wohnen bekommt man ein bisschen von den Autos und den Passant*innen mit, es hält sich aber echt in Grenzen und mich hat es bis jetzt kaum gestört. Da ich nach meinem Auslandssemester gerne wieder in die WG zurückziehen möchte, bleiben meine Möbel komplett da und das Zimmer ist dementsprechend möbliert. (Siehe Bilder 1 und 2) Falls du einen grünen Daumen hast, wäre ich dir super dankbar, wenn ich meine Pflanzen in dem Zimmer lassen könnte und du dich um sie kümmern würdest. Ansonsten ist mir wichtig, dass im Zimmer nicht geraucht wird. Dafür haben wir einen sonnig gemütlichen und überdachten Balkon, wo rauchen gar kein Problem. Zu der WG und deinen zukünftigen Mitbewohnern: Atilla ist 34 (aber keine Sorge falls du jünger bist, ich bin 21 und wir kommen super miteinander klar). Er arbeitet aktuell freiberuflich als Schreiner, macht Kampfsport, ist Gamer und kocht sehr gern. Außerdem geht er gerne auf Reisen. Moritz ist 21 und dualer Student. Er ist unter der Woche meistens auf Arbeit und nach der Arbeit findet man ihn beim Sport (Joggen, Fitness …) und manchmal beim töpfern. Am Wochenende genießt er gerne seine Zeit in Cafés. Wir sind keine Zweck WG und quatschen gerne eine Runde in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon. Natürlich hat aber auch jeder sein eigenes Leben und braucht ab und zu mal ein bisschen space/Zeit für sich. Offenheit, ein respektvoller Umgang und Sauberkeit sind uns wichtig, wäre also super, wenn du dich an einen Putzplan halten kannst. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (mit Spülmaschine), also klappt kochen in backen problemlos. (Siehe Bild 3) Wir haben zwei Badezimmer, eins mit Badewanne/Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken und ein zweites mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Außerdem haben wir einen Fahrradschuppen im Hof, wo du dein Fahrrad sicher abstellen kannst und ein Kellerabteil. Unser Haus ist eher durchmischt und es geht ziemlich unkompliziert zu, wobei sich jeder frei entfalten darf. Außerdem haben wir zu einigen Nachbar*innen ein sehr gutes Verhältnis, weswegen es durchaus passieren kann, dass sich ein Großteil der Nachbarschaft im Hof einfindet und einen gemütlichen Abend bei Wein und guter Musik verbringt. Falls du erst später einziehen kannst bzw. früher ausziehen musst, kannst du dich trotzdem gerne melden :) |
Description english: | You would share the flat with my two lovely roommates, but first a bit about the room: Since I want to move back in after my semester abroad I’m going to leave all my furniture here, aka the room is fully furnished (see in the pictures 1 and 2). If you know how to take care of plants, I would really appreciate it if you could take care of mine. It’s really important to me that you don’t smoke in my room (or the rest of the flat). We have a cozy and sunny balcony where smoking is no problem though. A bit about your future roommates and our shared living: finishing his bachelors thesis and working full time. In his free time he likes to do sports (running, fitness,…) and pottery. During the weekends he likes to hang out at cafes. We all get along really well, talk in the kitchen or balcony regularly and sometimes eat together. But of course everyone has their own life and it’s completely fine to want some alone time/ space at times. It’s very important for us to treat each other with respect, to keep things clean we use a cleaning schedule. My roommates would like for things to be similar while you’d be staying there. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need for cooking or baking (even a dishwasher). (See picture 3) There are a bunch of different people living in our house. We have a really good relationship with a few of them. Sometimes we have barbecues or other get togethers in the backyard. Atilla is 34 years old (if you’re younger, don’t worry. I’m 21 years old and we get along great). He currently works as a woodworker three days a week. In his free time he likes to do combat sport, gaming, traveling and cooking. Moritz is 21 years old. He’s currently finishing his bachelors thesis and working full time. In his free time he likes to do sports (running, fitness,…) and pottery. During the weekends he likes to hang out at cafes. We all get along really well. We regularly talk in the kitchen or on the balcony and sometimes eat together. But of course everyone has their own life and it’s completely fine to want some alone time/ space at times. It’s very important for us to treat each other with respect. To keep the flat clean we use a cleaning schedule. My roommates would like for things to be similar while you’d be staying there. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need for cooking or baking (even a dishwasher), as well as a couch. We have two bathrooms. One big one with a bath/shower, a toilet and a sink and a second smaller one with a toilet, a sink and a washing machine. There is a bike shed in the backyard, where you can securely store your bike if you have one. Apart from that we have a basement unit for storage. There are a bunch of different people living in our house. We have a really good relationship with a few of them. Sometimes we have barbecues or other get togethers in the backyard.
