Description german: | Ich vermiete meine Wohnung während meines Auslandssemesters in Hong Kong. Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Neuenheim, Heidelberg – eine der beliebtesten Lagen der Stadt. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad; von dort fährt die S-Bahn in ca. 20 Minuten direkt zur Uni. Auch die Heidelberger Altstadt ist schnell erreichbar – nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß – und die Neckarwiese liegt direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem gemütlichen Hauptzimmer und einer separaten Küche. Sie wird vollständig möbliert vermietet – einfach einziehen und wohlfühlen. Ein echtes Highlight ist der Balkon mit Blick auf den Königstuhl, auf dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Außerdem darf der Garten des Hauses mitgenutzt werden, sodass man mitten in der Stadt gleichzeitig absolute Ruhe genießen kann. Besonders schön: Die Wohnung ist so ausgerichtet, dass man jeden Morgen mit dem Sonnenaufgang aufsteht. In der Miete ist bereits alles enthalten: Strom, Internet und Nebenkosten. |
Description english: | I’m renting out my apartment while I’m abroad for a semester in Hong Kong. The apartment is located in beautiful Neuenheim, one of Heidelberg’s most popular neighborhoods. It’s about a 10-minute walk (or 5 minutes by bike) to the main train station, and from there it’s a 20-minute S-Bahn ride to the university. The Old Town of Heidelberg is also just a 15-minute walk away, and the Neckarwiese is right around the corner. The apartment consists of a cozy main room and a separate kitchen. It’s fully furnished – ready for you to just move in and feel at home. A real highlight is the balcony with a view of the Königstuhl, perfect for relaxing. You can also use the house’s shared garden, so it’s wonderfully peaceful even though you’re right in the city. What makes it extra special: the apartment faces east, so you can enjoy the sunrise every morning – a beautiful way to start the day. The rent is all-inclusive: utilities, electricity, and internet are all covered. |
