The apartment is located in Schwetzingerstadt/Oststadt – one of the most popular residential areas in Mannheim. Situated on the first floor of a well-maintained period building, the apartment offers around 35 m² of comfortable living space: a separate bedroom with direct access to the balcony, a modern bathroom, and an open-plan living/dining area with a kitchen, workspace, and a convenient sofa bed – ideal for guests. The apartment is bright, efficiently laid out, and furnished to a high standard. It includes a dining table, chairs, dressers, a bed, a sofa bed, clothes racks, and an ergonomic, height-adjustable desk. A washing machine is also available for your exclusive use. The apartment is available immediately until January 2026. The location is a true highlight: Despite the quiet residential atmosphere, you're just minutes away from the city center and the university. Two tram lines are close by, and the main train station is also quickly accessible. Most destinations can also be easily reached by bike – there’s a Nextbike station right outside the building where you can borrow bikes for free. Just around the corner is Luisenpark – perfect for jogging, walking, or simply unwinding in nature. Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, as well as numerous cafés and restaurants, are all within walking distance.
