Description german: | Ich vermiete mein möbliertes Zimmer in einer 3-Zimmer-WG unter. Mit ca. 13 m² ist es das kleinste Zimmer der Wohnung, bietet aber durch die praktische Aufteilung ausreichend Platz. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Nachttisch, Schrank und Schreibtisch – diese Möbel bleiben während der Untervermietung im Zimmer. Der WLAN-Router steht in diesem Zimmer, die Internetverbindung ist daher sehr stabil und schnell. Die Warmmiete beträgt 382 € und beinhaltet Strom und WLAN. Die WG teilt sich eine kleine, aber voll ausgestattete Küche – es kann immer nur eine Person gleichzeitig kochen. Es sind alle Kochutensilien vorhanden, außerdem eine Mikrowelle, ein Backofen, ein großer Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine. Das Badezimmer ist recht kompakt und hat kein Fenster nach draußen. Es gibt ein kleines Fenster vom Zimmer zum Bad in ca. 2,5 m Höhe, das wir mit schalldämmendem Material abgedeckt haben. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Supermarkt) ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Hauptbahnhof ist etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Zimmer eignet sich ideal für eine Person, die eine ruhige, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft sucht. |
Description english: | I'm subletting my furnished room in a 3-room flat share. At around 13 m², it's the smallest room in the apartment but offers enough space due to its practical layout. The room comes furnished with a bed, nightstand, wardrobe, and desk – these will remain in the room during the sublet. The Wi-Fi router is located in this room, so the internet connection is very stable and fast. The monthly rent is €382 and includes electricity and Wi-Fi. The shared kitchen is small and best suited for one person cooking at a time, but it's fully equipped with all necessary utensils, a microwave, oven, large fridge, and a washing machine. The bathroom is quite compact and does not have a window to the outside. There is a small high window (about 2.5 m up) between the room and the bathroom, but we’ve covered it with soundproofing material. A supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and the main train station can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot. This room is ideal for someone looking for a quiet, well-equipped place to stay. |
