Description german: | Hallo, mein Name ist Tom und ich suche für den Zeitraum vom 01.08.2025 bis 31.12.2025 einen Untermieterin für mein schönes WG-Zimmer im Jungbusch, da ich in diesem Zeitraum ein Auslandssemester machen werde. Zimmer: Alle Möbel, die auf dem Bild zu sehen sind, werden im Zimmer bleiben. Das Zimmer hat eine angenehme Größe mit Blick zum Innenhof. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 395,67€ und die Warmmiete beträgt 505,29€. Die Warmmiete kann sich noch leicht ändern, da wir im Juli einen neuen Strom- und Gastarif abschließen werden. Lage: Die WG liegt im Herzen des Jungbuschs, der bekannt für seine tollen Bars ist. Der Weg zur Uni ist nicht weit, und die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Auch ein Supermarkt und viele Spätis sind gleich um die Ecke. Das Zimmer ist trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig, da es zum Innenhof gerichtet ist. WG-Leben: In der WG leben Brian, Liliane, Ellen und ich. Wir haben ein lustiges und lockeres Zusammenleben. Da Ellen und Liliane ebenfalls in dem Zeitraum ein Auslandssemester machen, wird nur Brian da sein, zusammen mit zwei weiteren Untermieter*innen. Description english: | Hi, my name is Tom and I'm looking for a subtenant for my lovely room in a shared flat (WG) in Jungbusch from August 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025, as I’ll be doing a semester abroad during that time. The Room: All the furniture shown in the picture will remain in the room. It has a comfortable size and faces the inner courtyard. The cold rent is €395.67, and the total rent (warm rent) is €505.29. The warm rent might change slightly, as we will be signing a new electricity and gas contract in July. Location: The flat is located in the heart of Jungbusch, a lively area known for its great bars. The university is not far away, and the next tram stop is just a five-minute walk. A supermarket and several late-night shops (“Spätis”) are also around the corner. Despite the central location, the room is quiet since it faces the courtyard. Flatshare Life: The flat is shared with Brian, Liliane, Ellen, and me. We have a fun and relaxed atmosphere in the flat. Since Ellen and Liliane will also be doing a semester abroad during this time, only Brian will be around, together with two other subtenants.
