Description german: | Hi! Ich bin dieses Herbst-/Wintersemester im Ausland und suche daher eine/n Untermieter/in für mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist hell und gemütlich und durch das Loftbett auch etwas größer als die angegebene Fläche :) Es ist ca. 13 qm groß und voll möbliert (inkl. Fernseher). Ansonsten gibt es in der WG noch drei andere Schlafzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche ( Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine usw.) mit Essbereich und ein Tageslichtbad. Die WG liegt in Neckarstadt-West, die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Neuer Meßplatz) ist keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt/den Quadraten und in 10 Minuten am Uni-Campus. Ansonsten sind auch ein Supermarkt, ein paar Cafés und der Neckar fußläufig erreichbar. In der WG leben noch drei Studenten - eine Frau und zwei Männer, alle Anfang 20, freundlich und offen. Wir spielen gerne mal Spiele zusammen, trinken einen Kaffee oder quatschen in der Küche. Wir haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, dass sich auch jeder wohlfühlt :) Ich suche jemanden für September bis Ende Dezember, bin aber, was genaues Ein- und Auszugsdatum angeht, flexibel. In den Nebenkosten ist alles (Strom, Wasser, Internet usw.) enthalten. Falls du Interesse hast, schreib mir gerne ein paar Sätze zu dir :) |
Description english: | Hi! As I will be spending a semester abroad this fall, I am looking for someone to rent out my room to. The room is bright and cozy and because of the lift bed there is a bit more space :) It’s about 13 sqm and fully furnished (incl. TV). Apart from my room, there are three more bedrooms in the flat, a well equipped kitchen ( washing machine, dish washer, toaster, coffee machine etc.) with a nice dining area and a bath with natural light. The flat is located in Neckarstadt-West, the closest tram station (Neuer Meßplatz) is less than a 5 minute walk. By tram, you are in the city (Quadrate) within 5 minutes and it is 10 to the university campus. Otherwise, there are supermarkets, some coffee shops and bars and the Neckar close by. Three other university students also live in the flat, all in their early 20s, friendly and open. From time to time, we like to play some board games or just have some conversations in the kitchen over coffee. Apart from that, cleanliness is pretty important to us and we have a weekly cleaning plan so that everyone feels comfortable :) I am looking for someone from the middle of August all through December, but I am a bit flexible about the actual move in and move out dates.
