Description german: | Hallo! Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer von Mitte Juli bis Ende Dezember – kürzere Zeiträume sind nach Absprache ebenfalls möglich. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, Reiskocher usw. Toilette und Bad mit Dusche sind getrennt, was besonders praktisch ist. Bitte beachte: In der Wohnung gilt absolutes Rauchverbot. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Schreibtisch, zwei Stühlen, drei Schränken und einem Bett. Durch das Dachfenster hast du einen schönen Ausblick. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner studieren beide BWL im 3. Semester und sprechen fließend Englisch. Da im Haus auch Familien wohnen, ist es eine eher ruhige WG, in der aber trotzdem nette Gespräche in der Küche nicht zu kurz kommen. Die Universitätsgebäude sind in 5 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichst du außerdem alles Wichtige: Supermärkte, die Innenstadt und das Barviertel "Jungbusch". Description english: | Hi there! I'm subletting my fully furnished room from mid-July until the end of December – shorter stays can be arranged upon request. The apartment has a small but well-equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, microwave, oven, stove, rice cooker, and more. The toilet and bathroom (with a shower) are separate, which is especially convenient. Please note: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. The room is furnished with a desk, two chairs, three wardrobes, and a bed. There's also a nice view from the skylight window. Your future flatmates are both business students in their 3rd semester and speak fluent English. Since there are families living in the building as well, it's a quiet flat, but you'll still enjoy friendly conversations in the kitchen from time to time. The university buildings are 5 to 15 minutes away on foot. Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find supermarkets, the city center, and the bar district “Jungbusch.” The nearest tram stop is only 3 minutes away.
