Description german: | Hi! ☺️ Du bist aufgeschlossen, hast Spaß am Leben und konntest bereits WG Erfahrung sammeln? Dann freuen wir uns auf dich ☺️ Du ziehst in eine tolle, sympathische WG mit drei Mitbewohner*innen ein. Es werden zwei Zimmer frei. Lena wird Ende Juli ausziehen und ich, Alessia werde ab Anfang Juli bis zum Ende Januar mein Zimmer untervermieten, da ich ein Auslandssemester in Buenos Aires, Argentinien machen werde ✨ Mein Zimmer ist etwa 20 qm groß, hat einen kleinen süßen Balkon und ist voll möbliert. Das Zimmer ist vom 1.07 bis zum 1.02 unterzuvermieten. Die Kaution für das Zimmer beläuft sich auf 300€. Location Die Lage ist relativ zentral und in der schönen Schwetzinger Vorstadt mit netten Cafés und, Restaurants gelegen. Direkt vor der Haustür ist die Haltestelle Planetarium. Man ist in nicht einmal in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt, den Mannheimer Quadraten. Mit dem Rad oder der S-Bahn sind es max. 5 Minuten. Zwei Stationen weiter ca. 10 Gehminuten findet man einen Netto, Lidl, Edeka, DM. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich eine Tankstelle und drei Asiaten findest du in max. 30m Umkreis. Der Luisenpark, der zum entspannten Abendsport mit Calisthenics Anlage einlädt, ist zwei Kreuzungen entfernt. Die Autobahnauffahrt erreichst du in 3 Minuten. Flatshare Type Du ziehst in eine tolle WG ein, bei der es dir wahrscheinlich schwer fallen wird sie wieder zu verlassen, da wir nicht nur Mitbewohnis sind, sondern auch privat vieles zusammen unternehmen. Wir sind also alles andere als eine Zweck-WG. Egal ob WG-Parties, Volleyball Spielen am Neckar, entspanntes Trinken oder baden am See… Irgendwas geht immer und wir nehmen dich sehr gerne mit :)) Uns liegt es daher sehr am Herzen einen Nachmieter zu finden, der sich gern ins WG - Leben integrieren möchte. Wenn du also nur auf der Suche nach einer Zwischenstation bist, oder sowieso planst jedes Wochenende in die Heimat zu fahren, bist du bei uns leider nicht richtig. Tagsüber sind wir eigentlich alle mit Uni oder Arbeit beschäftig und brauchst du auch so mal deine Ruhe wird das natürlich auch respektiert. Nichts muss, alles kann :) Deine Mitbewohner*innen: Laura (27) ist offen für jedes Abenteuer! Spontan ein Käffchen auf dem Balkon, ein Kreativabend, ne geile Kochsession oder ein unvergesslicher Abend - Laura ist bei allem dabei und bereichert die Action immer mit ihren philosophischen und reflektierenden Ansichten über Gott und die Welt. Sie ist Doktorantin für IT Security am KIT in Karlsruhe, macht aber 3-4 Tage die Woche Homeoffice und ist daher immer offen für gemeinsame Pausen :) Simon (25) macht momentan eine Ausbildung und legt nebenbei noch auf. Falls du also Bock auf ne gute Veranstaltung hast, weißt du immer an wen du dich wenden musst ;) Ansonsten ist Simon super gerne unterwegs, ob am Rhein, Neckar, in Heidelberg oder in Karlsruhe. Natürlich nimmt er dich auch gerne mit auf seine Abenteuer :) Lena (25) macht gerade ihren Master in Sozialer Arbeit und geht im Rahmen ihres Studiums nächstes Semester nach Stockholm. Sie ist super sportlich und probiert gerne alle möglichen Sportarten, die vom Unisport angeboten werden, aus. Aber auf für ein Deep-Talk auf dem Balkon, Eisbaden im Rhein oder spontan die Bars Mannheim unsicher machen, ist sie immer zu haben :) Wir freuen uns sehr auf deine Anfrage und darauf dich kennenzulernen. Then we’re excited to hear from you ☺️ You’ll be moving into a lovely, friendly flatshare with three roommates. Two rooms will be available. Lena will be moving out at the end of July, and I, Alessia, will be subletting my room from the beginning of July until the end of January, as I’ll be doing a semester abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina ✨ My room is about 20 square meters, has a cute little balcony, and is fully furnished. It will be available for sublet from July 1st to February 1st. The deposit for the room is €300. Location The apartment is relatively central and located in the beautiful Schwetzinger Vorstadt neighborhood, with nice cafés and restaurants nearby. The Planetarium tram stop is right outside the front door. You can get to downtown Mannheim (the Quadrate) in less than 15 minutes. By bike or S-Bahn, it’s max. 5 minutes. Two stops further or about a 10-minute walk, you'll find Netto, Lidl, Edeka, and DM. Across the street, there’s a gas station, and three Asian restaurants within a 30-meter radius. Luisenpark, perfect for relaxed evening workouts with a calisthenics setup, is just two blocks away. The motorway ramp is reachable in 3 minutes. Flatshare Type You’ll be joining a great WG (flatshare) that you’ll probably find hard to leave again, because we’re not just roommates—we also do a lot together privately. So this is anything but a “just-for-convenience” flatshare. Whether it’s WG parties, volleyball by the Neckar, relaxed drinks, or swimming at the lake—there’s always something going on, and we’re happy to have you join in :)) That’s why it’s really important to us to find someone who would love to become part of WG life. So, if you’re just looking for a temporary stopover or already plan to go home every weekend, this probably isn’t the right fit for you. During the day, we’re all busy with uni or work, and of course, if you ever need your peace and quiet, that’s always respected. Nothing’s mandatory—everything is possible :) Your flatmates: Laura (27) is always up for an adventure! A spontaneous coffee on the balcony, a creative evening, a great cooking session, or an unforgettable night—Laura’s in for it all and always adds value with her philosophical and reflective takes on life and the world. She’s doing her PhD in IT Security at KIT in Karlsruhe but works from home 3–4 days a week, so she’s always open for a shared break :) Simon (25) is currently doing an apprenticeship and also DJs on the side. So if you’re into good events, you’ll always know who to ask ;) He’s often out and about—at the Rhine, Neckar, in Heidelberg or Karlsruhe—and is always happy to bring you along on his adventures :) Lena (25) is currently doing her Master’s in Social Work and will be spending next semester in Stockholm as part of her studies. She’s super sporty and loves trying out all the university sports programs. But she’s also always up for deep talks on the balcony, ice cold-water dips in the Rhine, or spontaneous bar crawls in Mannheim :) We’re really looking forward to your message and to getting to know you.
