Description german: | Mein Zimmer ist ungefähr 18m² groß und ich teile mir die Wohnung mit einer Kommilitonin, die ebenfalls im Herbst ins Ausland geht. Unsere Wohnung liegt zentral im Herzen Mannheims. Es gibt super viele Geschäfte und Supermärkte in der Nähe (z.B. Aldi - 5 Minuten, Lidl - 3 Minuten, dm - 5 Minuten). Auch die Universität ist nur ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Tramhaltestelle 'Marktplatz' bietet daneben auch eine schnelle Verbindung nach Heidelberg und zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Wohnung ist mit so ziemlich allem ausgestattet, von einer eigenen Waschmaschine bis zu einem Staubsauger und Bügeleisen. Die Küche eignet sich perfekt um Freunde einzuladen. Im ganzen Haus wohnen fast ausschließlich Studenten. Ich stelle mein Zimmer vom 01.07 bis 31.12 zur Verfügung, allerdings ist der Zeitraum ein wenig flexibel, also melde dich gerne auch wenn du es ein paar Wochen früher/später mieten möchtest. Description english: | My room is about 18m² and I share the apartment with a fellow student who is also going abroad in the fall. Our apartment is located in the heart of Mannheim. There are lots of stores and supermarkets nearby (e.g. Aldi - 5 minutes, Lidl - 3 minutes, dm - 5 minutes). The university is also only about a 10-minute walk away. The streetcar stop 'Marktplatz' also offers a quick connection to Heidelberg and the main train station. The apartment is equipped with pretty much everything, from its own washing machine to a vacuum cleaner and iron. The kitchen is perfect for inviting friends over. The whole house is almost exclusively occupied by students. I am making my room available from 01.07 to 31.12, but the period is a little flexible, so please get in touch if you would like to rent it a few weeks earlier/later.
