Description german: | Hi :) da ich im HWS 25 ein Auslandssemester mache, wird meine Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum frei. Es ist eigentlich eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung. Zwei Zimmer sind aber nur durch einen Türrahmen getrennt (keine Tür). Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses und ist sehr gut angebunden. Eppelheim liegt zwischen Mannheim und Heidelberg und ist daher ideal, wenn man in beiden Städten gerne Zeit verbringen möchte. Die Straßenbahn ist 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dieser ist man in 15min in Heidelberg. Von der nahgelegenen S-Bahn Station (stelle gerne mein Fahrrad zur Verfügung, damit sind es ca 10min, oder mit dem Bus 7min) sind es 13min zum Mannheimer HBF. Die Uni ist fußläufig von dort zu erreichen. Es gibt ein Schlaf-/Arbeitszimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Gäste-/Ankleidezimmer, eine große Küche mit Esstisch und ein Bad. Außerdem kann der Hof mit der selbstgebauten Lounge genutzt werden. Nebenkosten sind im Preis inbegriffen. Schreib mir gerne, wenn du mehr Bilder sehen möchtest, oder mehr Infos benötigst :) |
Description english: | Hi :) as I am doing a semester abroad in HWS 25, my apartment will be free for this period. It is actually a 3-room apartment. However, two rooms are only separated by a door frame (no door). The apartment is on the first floor of a detached house and is very well connected. Eppelheim is located between Mannheim and Heidelberg and is therefore ideal if you would like to spend time in both cities. The streetcar is a 2-minute walk away. With this you can be in Heidelberg in 15 minutes. From the nearby S-Bahn station (I am happy to provide my bicycle, which takes about 10 minutes, or 7 minutes by bus) it is 13 minutes to Mannheim main station. The university is within walking distance. There is a bedroom/study, a living room, a guest/dressing room, a large kitchen with dining table and a bathroom. The courtyard with its self-built lounge can also be used. Utilities are included in the price. Feel free to write to me if you would like to see more pictures or need more information :) |
