Description german: | Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthalts werde ich meine voll möblierte und mir sehr liebe Altbauwohnung in der Neckarstadt-Ost vom 01.07.2025 bis zum 31.01.2026 untervermieten. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten OG, hat eine große separate Küche, Flur und Bad sowie zwei tolle Zimmer, die mit einem Durchgang verbunden sind. Vom Wohnzimmer aus besteht Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon, der als wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten vom Alltagsstress dient. Praktischerweise gibt es auch einen Keller. Hier ist genügend Stauraum zur Einlagerung von Gegenständen vorhanden. In der Wohnung steht eine Einbauküche inkl. Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Gasherd und -backofen etc. zur Verfügung. Zudem befindet sich eine Waschmaschine in der Küche, die ebenfalls genutzt werden kann. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Bett mit den Maßen 140x200 cm, ein Nachttisch, eine Kommode sowie ein großer Kleiderschrank. Im Wohnzimmer stehen eine weitere Kommode, ein Regal, ein Sofa mit Couchtisch sowie ein sehr wertvoller und elektrisch höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch. |
Description english: | Due to a stay abroad, I will sublet my fully furnished and very dear old building apartment in the Neckarstadt-Ost from 01.07.2025 to 31.01.2026. The apartment is on the first floor, has a large separate kitchen, hallway and bathroom as well as two great rooms that are connected by a passageway. From the living room there is access to a small balcony, which serves as a wonderful place to switch off from the stress of everyday life. Conveniently, there is also a cellar. There is plenty of storage space here for storing items. The apartment has a fitted kitchen including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, gas hob and oven, etc. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen, which can also be used. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin. In the bedroom there is a 140x200 cm bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a large closet. In the living room there is another chest of drawers, a shelf, a sofa with coffee table and a very valuable and electrically height-adjustable desk. |
