Description german: | Das Zimmer befindet sich in I1, 20 im 5. OG (im obersten), wobei ein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Eine Minute vom Lidl und Aldi entfernt, was beim Schleppen echt herrlich ist. Die Wohnung ist 75 qm groß und hat ein riesiges Wohn- und Esszimmer, wo eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine steht. Wir haben so viele Fenster, was ich liebe; hier habe ich oft auf der breiten Fensterbank entspannt. Die Nachbarn auf unserer Etage sind allesamt im Ruhestand und quatschen sehr süß wenn man sich mal zufällig im Aufzug sieht :) Das Zimmer ist ab dem 15.06.2025 frei! Es würde bis zum 30.09.2025 untergemietet werden. Mehr als einige Tage Spielraum habe ich da nicht, bitte nur schreiben wenn dir das passt:) Schreib mir gerne einen kleinen Text zu dir, wann du einziehen möchtest, deinem Alter, Beruf/Studiengang, Hobby, wie du dir das WG Leben vorstellst, wann du hier ein und ausziehen willst... Description english: | The room is located in I1, 20 on the 5th floor (the top floor), and there is an elevator. It’s one minute away from Lidl and Aldi, which is honestly amazing when you're carrying heavy groceries. The apartment is 75 sqm and has a huge living and dining room, where there is a washing machine and a dishwasher. We have so many windows, which I love; I often relaxed on the wide windowsill here. The neighbors on our floor are all retired and are very sweet when you randomly run into them in the elevator. :) The room is available from June 15, 2025! It would be sublet until September 30, 2025. I don’t have much flexibility with the dates, so please only message me if that fits for you. :) Feel free to send me a short text about yourself — when you’d like to move in, your age, your job/study program, hobbies, how you imagine living together, and when exactly you plan to move in and out. Please also write "ABC" at the end of your message if you read everything! :) |
