Description german: | Hey, ich vermiete mein Zimmer vollständig möbliert, weil ich von August bis Dezember für ein Praktikum nach Frankfurt ziehe. Die Wohnung wurde vor unserem Einzug renoviert und hat eine moderne Einbauküche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man so braucht. Außerdem haben wir zwei Balkone, wovon einer direkt an der Küche ist, wo man sich nachmittags super in die Sonne setzen kann. Das Haus hat einen Innenhof, in dem Fahrräder abgestellt werden können. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, wodurch es sehr hell ist. Außerdem stehen ein großes Bett (140 cm x 200 cm), ein Schrank, ein Schreibtisch, ein Regal und eine Kleiderstange im Zimmer. Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist relativ ruhig. Die nächste Straßenbahnstation (Neuer Meßplatz) ist zu Fuß 2-3 Minuten entfernt, von wo man in 15 - 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof ist. Außerdem ist man mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Ein paar Minuten entfernt ist eine Nextbike Station, an der man sich als Studierende /-r kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen kann. Durch die Nähe zu den Neckarwiesen kann man auch abends noch gut draußen sein und hat keinen langen Weg nach Hause. In der WG leben Tabea, Mila und ich (Jule). Für deine Zeit in unserer WG sind Tabea und Mila da. Tabea ist 21 Jahre alt, studiert Medizin und spielt gerne Tennis. Im August und September wird sie wegen ihres Studiums nur wenig Zeit in der WG verbringen. Mila ist 24 Jahre alt und studiert Anglistik an der Uni Mannheim. In ihrer Freizeit macht sie gerne Sport, wie zum Beispiel Crossfit. Unser WG-Leben ist sehr familiär. Uns ist es wichtig, dass sich jede von uns wohlfühlt und aufeinander Rücksicht genommen wird. Wir verbringen häufig Zeit miteinander und tauschen uns viel über unseren Tag aus, wenn wir nach Hause kommen. Wir machen aber auch mal gemeinsame Spieleabende, gucken einen Film zusammen oder kochen gemeinsam. Trotzdem haben wir alle Raum und Zeit für uns und man kann sich jederzeit zurückziehen, wenn man das möchte. Wir sind außerdem auch alle viel mit unserem Studium beschäftigt und tagsüber deshalb häufig unterwegs. Du kannst die Besichtigung online oder vor Ort machen, wie es dir lieber ist. Mein Zimmer in Frankfurt habe ich ab dem 1. August, weshalb das Einzugsdatum für mein Zimmer in Mannheim nicht unbedingt der 8. August sein muss. Also etwas früher oder später geht auch. Description english: | Hey, I'm renting out my room fully furnished because I'm moving to Frankfurt for an internship from August to December. The apartment was renovated before we moved in and has a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need. We also have two balconies. One of them is right next to the kitchen with the sun shining on in in the afternoon. The house has an inner courtyard where bicycles can be parked. The room has a large window, which makes it very bright. There is also a large bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a desk, a shelf and a clothes rail in the room. The area around the apartment is relatively quiet. The closest tram station (Neuer Meßplatz) is a 2-3 minute walk away, from where you can reach the main train station in 15-20 minutes. You can also reach the city center within 10 minutes by bike. There is a Nextbike station a few minutes away, where students can borrow bicycles free of charge. The proximity to the Neckar means you can still be outside in the evening and don't have a long walk home. Tabea, Mila and I (Jule) live in the shared flat. Tabea and Mila are there for your time with us. Tabea is 21 years old, studies medicine and likes to play tennis. She won't be spending much time in the shared flat in August and September because of her studies. Mila is 24 years old and studies Anglistics at the University of Mannheim. In her free time, she enjoys doing sports such as Crossfit. For living together, it's important to us that each of us feels comfortable and is considerate of each other. We often spend time together and talk a lot about our day when we get home. But we also play games, watch a movie or cook together. Nevertheless, we all have our own space and time and you can withdraw at any time if you want to. We're also all very busy with our studies, so we're often out and about during the day. You can do the viewing online or on site, whichever you prefer. I have my room in Frankfurt from August 1, so the move-in date for my room in Mannheim doesn't necessarily have to be August 8.
